+ -1 moreWe requested an appointment through the Apex website, the call back was very prompt. We were tight on time only being at our vacation home for a short time. Patrick came over and took us through his recommendations and emailed us a few quotes for different units to choose from as we had asked. We decided which unit we wanted to have installed, 3.5 ton Carrier, and within a couple of days 4 guys arrived at 9am to strip out the old unit and install the new one. All very knowledgeable, polite and got the job done by lunch time! We also signed up for an annual tune up service.
Description of Work: We needed a AC Heat pump system replacement. Condenser unit & air handler.

Description of Work: Apex had done work for some of my neighbors, who recommended them, and since I was unhappy with the company I had been using, I decided to give them a try. I dealt first with Steven. He was very professional and knowledegable, and diagnosed the problem to what he thought was a leaking coil. I later found this is a common problem with Goodman units like mine. He also did a dye test to be sure. Then manager Patrick came out a couple days later and confirmed that it was indeed a coil leak from the dye test. Matthew and Jenna were next to do the actual repair. They were wonderful. I highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, professional and and seemed to know their stuff. I will use them again, and even signed up for a service contract.
