 + 2 moreThey are still in the middle of the work. It may cost about $125, but I thought I had some paint left over from a couple of years ago. I guess I did not so now it might be a little more because they have to buy a gallon of paint, so it might be about $150. It will include the cleaning and the repair. They're great. They have always done whatever I asked them to do.
Description of Work: America's Home Specialist came out yesterday and started repainting. They will also do stucco repair and window screens. Most recently they did patching repair and some painting.

 + 0 moreExcellent job! All was done in 1 day, even though he estimated 2 days to complete. Most certain will I be calling again for repairs or any job I can do myself!
Description of Work: The owner gave me an estimate screen repair and advice/ estimate on my patio roof leaking. Compare to 2 other companies he was about $300.00 less ! All roof-screen sqaures were replaced, the patio roof was cleand and repaired as we have discussed it! Pool cage & Siding of the house was pressure washed for a discounted price :D

 + 1 moreThe work turned out well, they have great prices. We had a problem, and they came out and fixed it free of charge. I would call them again if necessary.
Description of Work: They painted our house, cleaned our pool deck, and replaced our linia screens.
