Description of Work: Scarlet Vidal inspected entire house. Got on roof. Crawled inside attic. Checked electrical outlets inside and outside. Checked faucets, toilets, tubs. Checked A/C cooling and heating. Checked breaker board wiring. Checked kitchen counters and appliances. Checked ceilings, walls, windows, doors, etc. Very thorough. Very professional. Very Knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Scarlet performed very thorough inspections. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, very no-nonsense in providing us her feedback. She went out of her way to accommodate our need for quick response and we felt very confident in her. Due to the age of the house being purchased we needed a 4-point inspection. She also did a wind mitigation report for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Summit Propert Inspections!

Description of Work: She inspected a huge home from roof down. Documented with pictures all problems. Estimated repair costs. Didn't miss a thing. She got there ahead of time, had everything she needed including expanding ladder. I've never seen a better inspection and neither had my realtor. I'll use her for everything I buy in the future and hope no one buying from me uses her. Excellent is not a good enough word.
