They did a good job. I also got a discount from them and was very happy with their price. They moved all the furniture and they also wanted our couch to be moved and they did that also without complaining. I would rate them high overall because they did what they were supposed to do. I would use them again in the future.

I did not expect them to come right away because I did not call first thing in the morning and I also had to get a plumber. They said they would be at my home at approximately 3:00 pm. After several phone calls at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00, I finally cancelled the appt at 6:25 pm and called another company. They had various excuses: my call was given to another team; my call was given to a team that was on its way - no show; the team that ended up with my call had the wrong address even though the first team had the correct address. Is this any way to get and keep business?

They were very precise, punctual, and professional. I went with someone else, but they were my 2nd choice.

I was getting new furniture and the room was completely empty. The carpet was filthy because I had a dog that was not trained well. That dog has since moved on. They were in and out and cleaned it very well. They were fast and friendly. I was very happy. They charged a little more because I said I had one room and they also did a very large walk-in closet, which they charged an extra $10 or $15 to do it. I wanted to get a local person to do the work, but they were able to do it when I needed it done. I called them and they said they could have a person here right now. I said that the next day was good. They were pretty prompt and they are on TV all the time, so they seemed reliable. I had read their reviews on Angie's List. They also gave me an estimate to clean my grout and I am thinking of doing that in the future.

I had them come and clean all the carpet and tile in my three bedroom condo... After they finished the carpet still did not smell as fresh as it should and the tile did not come as clean as I hoped it would... I called them and they came back out 2 days later and re-cleaned my whole condo... After the 2nd visit everything was a lot better... Just wish it would have been done right the first time....

They did a fantastic job for me, they were courteous and very fast. They are the only ones I have ever used, but their prices seem reasonable. I was really pleased with my experiences with them and their services.

I've always been happy with them. It's usually different people who come to my house every time but they're always professional. They're expensive. It's not cheap that's for sure. Fortunately, they've always done a fine job. I wish the cost could be lower but it's appropriate for the amount of work that they do. They've always been here when they say they're going to be.

I was able to obtain an appointment with Stanley Steemer rather quickly. They were professional and arrived punctually. When they arrived, they were able to add in additional services for a relatively reasonable price. they offered to steam clean all pillows and throw rugs. They did an excellent job. There was one office chair that had a stain that was very difficult to remove. When they were finished, the chair looked brand new. I was very pleased with their services overall.

They were punctual and professional. In fact, they were quite enthusiastic. They happily demonstrated the amount of ink they extracted from a stain on one of the sectionals. These people love their work.

I have used this company many times and have always been pleased with their work. They are quick and do a good job. They are here at the appointed time, do their cleaning, and they are gone.

The men who cleaned the carpets were very polite and professional. I was pleased with the results.

He was able to complete both of them very promptly. It was nice that he was able to do the tile that day as I also got a discount on the price. They called for directions and called to confirm the appointment. They showed up early and called me to make sure it was okay to come at time. They moved the furniture and put it back for me as well. Everything they said they were going to do they did and did a fine job. I was able to get a discount by signing up for services online. I will continue to use them in the future.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner does a very satisfactory job of carpet cleaning. It's nice to know they always have these special rates going. The man that came was very professional and friendly. My elderly mother lives with me and she is very happy with their work, too.

They did a good job. The carpets dried quickly. They moved and replaced all the furniture. I am pleased with their work.

I understand they have insurance regulations, no problem. However, they took 2 weeks to tell me this -- after two visits. During the first visit when they examined the situation and determined a second visit was needed because two men were required to do the work, they wanted to double the charge for the 2nd visit. I refused this estimate, and their supervisor decided to charge only $160, rather than $320. I agreed to the 2nd visit, on the next Saturday. When they showed up at my door for the 2nd visit, the employee said, ''I hate to be blunt, but my supervisor won't let me do the job because of insurance risks.'' I thanked him, closed the door, called the company, and complained that (a) it took two weeks to tell me this? (b) it took two visits to determine this? and (c) why don't you have better insurance and safety equipment for your staff? Surely I am not the first customer with a second story exhaust vent???!!!

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY MOVED ALL OF THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS AND PUT IT BACK INTO PLACE WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE EASY TO CONTACT AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE HAVING A SPECIAL WHEN I USED THEM.

THEY ARE THE BEST CLEANERS OUT THERE. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. I HAVE USED CHEAPER COMPANIES, BUT THEY DONT DO AS WELL.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THIS COMPANY. I WANTED TO USE A LARGE COMPANY THAT HAS INSURANCE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND LIFTED VERY OLD STAINS. THEY DUMPED THE WATER AT THE CORNER SEWER AND NOT IN MY BUSHES LIKE THE LAST COMPANY I USED.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THEY CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO. ALSO, THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANY LONGER THAN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE.

THEY DID REALLY GREAT WORK. THEY GOT ALL THE DUST AND STAINS OFF MY FURNITURE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THEM.

I FEEL THE PRICE WAS A BIT TOO HIGH. HOWEVER THEIR SERVICES WERE GREAT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING THE FURNITURE. I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW MY FURNITURE CAME CLEANED.

THIS WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I NEEDED THE AIR DUCTS CLEANED. I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS A SERVICE LIKE THIS AND AM GLAD THERE IS. I WILL HAVE THIS DONE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT EIGHT YEARS. THEY ALWAYS DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN AROUND QUITE A WHILE AND ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND STANLEY STEEMERS TO OTHERS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GOT TO OUR HOUSE ON TIME. THEY GOT ALL THE DIFFICULT STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET. THEY EVEN GOT INTO THE HARD TO REACH AREAS.
