100% knowledgeable, professional.
Description of Work: A/C was out. Called and S&W (John) responded within a few hours. Turned out to be my fault. When I hooked up the thermostat after painting, I hooked up a wire to a wrong terminal. Found it in a few minutes, but stayed almost an hour checking different parts of A/C and actually called my manufactuer after i complained of a high fan speed. My installer from a few years ago said the fan was as slow as it could go. John changed a few dip switched and the fan is much slower, less noiser and seems to cool better.
