The company field measured condition prior to fabrication. Once fabricated and installed it fit properly and looks great.

I have called this company twice to set up an appointment and both times a recording said they would call me right back. No one has ever returned my call. On my second call I informed them that if I did not receive a return call i was going to leave a negative report on Angies's List and still no response. Evidently this company does not have an office staff. If you can't get them to return your call to set up an appointment, then I am sure that if you are able to get them to do a job for you and there is a problem later on with the job they performed that you will never be able to get in touch with them to fix the problem.

Needless to say I am frustrated with this company and plan to call someone else. I would understand if they advised that due to prior commitments they couldn't provide service at this time, but each time that I have called they assure me that they will call back with a time and date to come to my home for measurement and estimate. I will never use this company again.

We were concerned due to break-ins in the neighborhood and wanted to make our home more secure. We called Pierce Iron Works and s/w Bill Lloyd. He came out and gave us an estimate, showed pictures of completed work and samples of the type of material he would be using. The work was completed to our great satisfaction. We would definitely uses them in the future if the need arises.
