+ -1 morePatrick & the crew, Steve, Steve, Chris and others were patient with me while I was leaving & picking up the awnings to have repairs done after the paint was removed. I ordered a custom color & that took quite awhile, but once the color was in and the awnings were repaired, it was fairly soon that the job was done. I highly recommend powder coating any metal you can. The finish looks like enamel and will hold up forever.
Description of Work: FPC powder-coated my 6 vintage aluminum awnings and they look beautiful.

+ -1 moreI had the top of my my vintage cast-iron pedestal bathroom sink powder-coated as a test run for a huge farmhouse sink. If anyone’s in South Florida, or nearby, I highly recommend Fusion Powder Coating in Dania. They specialize in marine work, so I figured a sink would be no problem,. Patrick, the owner, had never done a sink but was willing to try and when it emerged with a couple of bubbles in the finish, was perfectly willing to do it over & fill them. The sink looks great and it was very reasonable:. The thought of never needing to have it epoxy-painted again is thrilling. I highly recommend FPC as a reasonable alternative to having a sink epoxy-coated. Epoxy paint is not durable! Several times it needed to be touched up at a cost of $165 per visit The catch is, for powder-coating you have to be able to remove the sink. I've no doubt all the other work they do is also excellent. I just had to give a low grade on punctuality because it took much longer than expected, even before the re-do. BUT that's a minor drawback for such a great experience.
