FAST & FRIENDLY CLEANING SVC

I set up an an appointment with Dwayne and he is the one that came and did the work. He is very polite and professional. He first looked at the work to be done and proceeded to explain what he was going to do. He was thorough and very astute to detail. He brought his equipment in without much hassle and cleaned up after the work was done nicely. My rugs and grout looked like new! I was very happy with the work and the professionalism in which it was done. Kudos for Dwayne and I would definitely use the company again.

Fast & Friendly showed up on time, in uniform with an id badge on. This was impressive since most of the time people show up very unprofessional and I get nervous whether they are really legit. They explained what they were going to do, the cost and then began the work. I also appreciated that the staff stayed on task. They weren't on their cell phones or taking cigarette breaks on my time. While one employee was cleaning the air ducts the other was cleaning the dryer vent and then went on to clean the carpet. The gentleman that was doing the air duct cleaning did suggest that because of my allergies I may want to purchase a uv light for my a/c system to help prevent mold and mildew. I thought the idea was a great one since I had read about it in an article so I gave the okay to install it. They finished and presented a bill which was for the amount that was agreed upon before the job began. I liked that because usually these companies are advertising one price and when they come out suddenly the job has gone from the advertised price to some outlandish amount. The old "Bait & Switch" technique which I cannot stand. They weren't the cheapest but I have found in my dealings with companies that the cheapest isn't the best and I believe you get what you pay for. I had peace of mind with their professional appearance, work ethic and the expertise of their employees. I am very pleased with Fast & Friendly and recommend using them for all their services. Robert promptly showed up and did a great job in the inspection and the bid process. Robert cleaned the filters and replaced them during this inspection process - at no charge. He worked for several hours doing that and the inspection, not ever knowing that we would award the work to him/them. We got several other bids. We gave the work to Fast and Friendly because they appeared to be the most responsive and most professional in the bid and inspection process. Some companies would not even send an inspector rather they just took a shot based on the "number of A/C units and the number of vents". We then agreed to use Fast and Friendly even though they were NOT the lowest bidder. They were however the most professional and we are really thankful that we chose them. They arrived promptly as promised. The job turned out to be a little more time consuming than they thought but the worked through lunch, never stopped or complained and they finshed thoroughly and left us with a clean house. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Did a great job cleaning and sealing the tile, will use him again!

A week ago, my husband and I were going to spend Saturday doing spring cleaning, which was to include cleaning our carpet and scrubbing the grout lines on our floor. We rented a carpet cleaning machine from the grocery store - that was a disaster. The carpet was wet for two days, smelled and still was not clean. Cleaning the grout didn't fare much better. After four hours on our hands and knees, we had "cleaned" only a small fraction of the kitchen floor. We gave up and called several companies. Fast & Friendly Cleaning Services answered the phone professionally, they gave us a reasonable price over the phone, we scheduled an appointment, they called to confirm the day before, they showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our carpet and grout!!! We noticed that they clean air ducts too, I have allergies, so I decided to get the ducts cleaned before allergy season. They sent over another gentleman to clean and sanitize the air ducts. I was very pleased. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
