+ 1 moreWhatever we asked, we got quick responses. At all times the crew explained what they were doing that day or week. They answered all our questions politely and thoroughly, even if the questions might have appeared simplistic to them. They realized this was a large undertaking for us and that we had many concerns. We especially appreciated that they cleaned up each night. And, of course, they were within our budget and their estimate, even though we made a couple of changes.
Description of Work: Bruce made an estimate on the work to be done. He re-did our shower, floor in bath and tub with jacuzzi. I had chosen the granite, cabinetry, sinks and HBW fixtures and Bruce purchased and installed them. He showed us his bill from the supplier and only charged us the amount he paid, which was in the original estimate. The crew was always courteous, responsive, and prompt.
