Excellent! Rafael Pena and joe Marshall were great to work with. The installation was excellent, with the City of Hollywood code inspector very happy with the results when completed.

Worst ever, They were rude, sloppy, and some of the windows don't lock. One of the windows failed because they left to much space under the window. they blamed me because the said I should have had the counter top on before the inspector came in. this way the inspector would not have seen the error and passed them. They came out and fixed the issue but now they are not returning phone calls and they still have not set the date for the re-inspection.

Excellent. Came in with the lowest quote and provided the most information to help my wife and I make our selection. The doors were installed on the date they stated in the quote, even with the delays caused by the hurricane.

Very well. They were very professional, did a first-rate job, even cleaned up after themselves. Had an issue with one window which was erroneously made obscured instead of clear. They temporarily installed OBS window while new one was being fabricated and replaced with correct window withing a couple of weeks. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I tried to get the FREE estimate from this company and was never called back. I have left several messages on Angies, on the website contact us form and voicemail. If this company cannot even have the respect to call a potential consumer back within a week how would they handle your project?

We met with Christine in office who showed us products that we were interested in. Many options were explained to us and we eventually ended up picking a great door product that looks great in our home and functions just as we wanted. -professional -prompt -price competitive, not cheapest, but we didn't want cheap -value and service Very satisfied and will recommend to all that ask.

Excellent top-notch service from Broward Impact in Dania Beach! I must have called at least a dozen impact window companies before I came across Broward Impact. This was the first company that took their time with me over the phone and answered all of my questions. They let me know that they have a showroom, which was great, as most of the companies I spoke to did not have showrooms and wanted to just send me a catalogue of product options. I preferred to see the windows and doors I was purchasing before buying so I visited their beautiful showroom. My salesperson, John, even showed me a demonstration of how impact windows prevent theft and burglaries when showing me each of the different options! I had no idea that impact windows and impact doors had so many benefits until John explained it all to me! After choosing the windows and doors I wanted, the company set up the installation appointment. They were on time and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I am glad that I searched for the perfect company before choosing Broward Impact. I will definitely use them again. Best company in South Florida, hands-down. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to use Broward Impact Window and Door when I was told I had to redo my entire home with hurricane proof windows and doors. I was glad to find that Broward Impact in Dania Beach had an amazing selection in their showroom that was located right off of the 95 freeway, which made it so easy to find. I didn't know very much about impact windows and doors when I first showed up but my salesperson, Hector, took his time to thoroughly explain all of my options and the difference between each product available. He was so patient and answered every single question I had so that I felt great choosing the right windows and doors for my home. I thought the pricing was excellent and I got a great value on my new impact doors and windows. I had a brief chance to meet the owner, Dave Meadors, who was very polite and professional. He even called after my installation to make sure I was happy with my experience, which I thought was a very nice touch! I love the new hurricane windows and doors I purchased (I decided on their ES WIndows Products) and very impressed with the service I received during the sales and installation process! I couldn't have asked for a more punctual and professional company to work with on this home improvement project and I will definitely be recommending them to my neighbors!

Because these particular doors and windows are so unique, the owner of Broward Impact, David Meadors, followed the production process from start to end. It took a little longer than the standard doors available, but was worth both the time and expense!! The installation was perfect with a great, caring, professional team and of course David watching over the process. They did a fantastic job, hence their fantastic reputation. I cannot say enough about this company.

Bad vibes about their warranty. Windows were not made in USA. Very evasive about questions asked. Got annoyed when asked too many questions.

They were absolutely fabulous. The price was reasonable. The company is also Broward Impact/Meadorf Construction. They did the actual construction. They were prompt to come out and give me a quote. They were prompt to get the work done. They were actually early; that was cool. They were very polite. They were quick in the house. It was just a great experience.

Since then, the door rollers have dropped several times, the doors are not properly alligned and the owner, Dave Meadows, has been less than accomodating or responsive - sending out someone once to fix the doors and ignoring future calls and emails. He finally send an email reply in which he stated they were extremely busy and would not be able to address the door failing to LOCK for six to eight weeks, and a technican call would cost $150 for the first hour, excluding parts and/or additional labor. REALLY ? After spending tens of thousands of dollars - this is how a door installation is warranteed ? ? ? We would STRONGLY recommend that before using BROWARD IMPACT - you do not heed their advice about saving some money and NOT pulling a permit - and MAKE SURE YOU DO obtain a permit for their installation. This will insure that a county or city inspector - a knowledgable third party - will review the work performed, evaluate the installation and ensure it is all correct, installed properly and up to code.
