Selected Audio One to install Control4 home automation system in a newly purchased home, along with whole-home audio and home network (wireless and ethernet). Initial purchase and installation went pretty well. Their crew had to pull a lot of wire and ethernet cable through a 30-year-old poured concrete home, and deal with the usual unexpected things when tearing into walls. The installation and "design" team were fairly responsive and did a good job. Installation price was in line with other home automation contractors. After-install service is another matter entirely. After the first 6-8 months or so, response time dropped off significantly, appointments would be missed with no advance warning, and there seemed to be high turnover in service technicians, such that each new tech would have to come up to speed on my system and the particular problem they were coming to fix. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services based on my experience. I will not work with them in the future under any circumstances.
Description of Work: Home Automation, whole-home audio, home network.
