I had been seeing a squirrel for weeks go back and forth across the roof and then began hearing something in the attic. I called on the Friday morning right after Thanksgiving and within one hour Rob, the owner, was here to do a free inspection to see what was going on. He did a complete and thorough exterior and interior inspection and spent a long time listening to see what I was hearing. He was able to determine that there was nothing in the attic but a branch brushing against the roof was creating these creepy sounds. No charge for the thorough inspection. I would call this company in the future. The service and honesty of this company is outstanding!

This is one of the best businesses I have found on Angie's list. Robert gave me the Angie's list discount without asking. Friends and businesses were saying "you can do it yourself." Using different kinds of poisons and traps. Believe me I am not even able to climb the ladder much less all the other tasks it takes to be a year round rat killer. Robert has inspired confidence in him and his business.

Called the main number and spoke to a live person and they had someone return our call within 30 minutes and were then at the house within two hours (2 person team). We explained the we had heard something up in the attic as well as something in the wall. They were able to locate a female possum but could see no evidence of anything else in the attic or in the wall. They also explained the female possum did not appear to have been pregnant based on her condition. The night after they left we still heard noises in the wall. We called back the next day and again spoke to a live person. We had a call back within 15 minutes and the team was back within one hour. We explained where we heard the noise the previous evening but we could not hear the sound during the day. The team went into the attic to see if they could find anything before opening up the wall and found a litter of babies. I asked about the noise in the wall, but the only way to truly rule it out was to open the wall which they wanted to try and avoid. The team did everything they could to mitigate the issue while avoiding creating unnecessary damage to the house by opening the wall. The team stated if we heard the noise they would come back and address. We heard the noise again that night and Rat Control of Florida lived up to their promise and came back (spoke to live person on a Sunday and they were back on Monday in the morning). They opened a small hole in the wall and were able to find the one remaining baby possum. Rat Control of Florida is a very professional company that is incredibly punctual and lives up to their promise. All contractors in South Florida should take some lessons from these guys!

Robert, the owner, came shortly after we were referred to him on a Saturday. Reviewed a plan of action. Monday morning our home was smoked and traps were set in the attic and one inside our home. The very next morning he came again and 2 large rats were caught. The next day another gentleman came and recovered 2 smaller rats. As I write this review, another trap in my attic has launched.

Great! One visit and the source of the problem was located so that a plumber can mend and eliminate entry point. Thanks Robert for your honesty, knowledge and expertise!

Fantastic service and company. I called at 5:30 on a Saturday pm and Bob the owner called me right back. He came out personally within 30 minutes and removed the hive. I appreciated him coming after business hours on a Saturday and he didn't charge me any premium. I would definitely give him my highest recommendation!

My tenants have been very happy and have not seen or heard any rats in the several months since we treated the house.

It went very well. They did exactly what they said they were do and a timely and professional manner. When it was determined that some rats had already been trapped in the building, they came out everyday to deal with traps and get rid of dead rats. In our building we have named them the rat whisperers.

the owner himself came out to get the bee complimentary which i thought was very nice
