Description of Work: We had our follow-up maintenance on our new A/C - Heat Unit. The technician, Jed, is always courteous, polite and answers all of our questions, and knows his job. We have used AAA since they installed our previous unit in 1995.

Description of Work: installed 3.5 tn new A/C unit

Description of Work: On May 25th, 2011, inspection of our AC unit revealed the equipment needed to be replaced. Eric wrote up an estimate that was less expensive than other bids for a similar installation. As promised, a new 16 SEER Bryant unit was installed, two days later, on May 27th. The installation technicians, Bill and Phil, showed up promptly at 8:00 AM (as promised) and the installation ( including a new cement slab, float switch, thermostat, larger air grill, and new insulated A/H box) was completed by 3:00 AM. My husband and I were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and expertise exhibited by Bill and Phil. They even cleaned up all the debris. (I think the floors were cleaner after they left than they were before!!!! We would definitely recommend this company and, of course, will have them do all appropriate maintenance on our new unit.

Description of Work: My call was handled professionally, the tech and office called prior to let me know they were on their way. The tech identified and solved the problem quickly. In conversation he heard me mention other properties. He educated me on their service contract, very useful for me. The immediate call and contract were covered by my paying $125.00 for the service contract. I own three properties, this will come in handy.

Description of Work: The A/C package unit would turn on but did not cool the house. When I called in the morning, the technician arrived that afternoon. He found a freon leak from a solder connection. He repaired it and even showed me digital camera pictures of the before-and-after condition. The price included $277 for the freon and only $140 for the leak detection tests and solder repair. He was very pleasant and professional and very good at explaining things. I have relied on AAA Modern Air in the past and will do so in the future.
