Description of Work: They replaced my 2.5 ton AC unit with a new unit. Everything went well. There was a small issue with the drainage pipe for the condensation. It remained clogged after they blew it out the first time, so I needed to have them come back the same day to unclog it. That happened the same day, and they promptly fixed the issue. I haven't had any problems since. I also received my year of filters in the mail about a week after the service.

Description of Work: My central air needed a tune up, my unit hadn't had any work done to it since it was installed by AAA Modern Air back in 2002, all I ever did was change the air filters. The tech showed up on time, checked the unit and thoroughly explained what was happening and what he needed to do. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan because I liked their service.

Description of Work: AAA installed our A/C 20 months ago. Whenever I've had questions or issues, they have always taken immediate steps to resolve, even during their busiest times. Today, they outdid themselves. I called this morning, and Chris Borras arrived within what was probably an hour. He went to work and fixed the problem within minutes, checking the system's vitals at the same time. In the community which we live, I can't count how many AAA Modern Air customers there are as they are legion.
