It went well. The representative was very courteous and explained everything to me. He also cleaned up in the closet where the water had leaked, which he didn't have to do. I don't know how the price was in comparison to what other businesses would charge but I had to get it fixed right away before the water leak caused more damage than it already had. Also, they were able to schedule an appt. for the next day and were timely about keeping the appt.

The repair man, George, was excellent. Very willing to spend time to properly show me what had happened and give advice. I think the price was similar to others, nothing very special there...but given the time and service level, this company is absolutely one to use.

I called for an estimate to replace my central A/C. They came on the day I requested, called ahead and arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). The representative was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The quoted cost was for a 3-ton Trane was $3800, well below two other quotes I got for $4700 and $4500. They scheduled it for the day I chose and called the day before to confirm. They arrived exactly on time. They worked non-stop until it was installed and running (about 4 hours). They cleaned up everything The A/C worked great, but but there was a problem with the connection to the duct work, that caused a low rattling sound. I was asked to wait a few days to see if it settled down. When it did not, I called them to have someone check it. They dispatched a supervisor and technician that arrived within an hour. They arranged to have the installer come back at 8:00 a.m. the next day. The problem was corrected. They were polite and easy to deal with.

We requested a list of air conditioning contractors from you and we chose AAA Modern Air Conditioning from that list. We are very pleased with all departments that handled the installation from start to finish. Sales, installation and follow up service have been excellent. When we contacted their office for information during the purchase and installation process we were treated courteously and promptly.

I had two other companies try to fix this problem. One company, Santana, came and charged me for replacing a fan switch that did not fix the problem. Air Around the Clock came and told us our air filter was dirty. Only AAA came on the same day I called, called before they arrived, knew my system, fixed the switch and now the system works great. They also informed me that the previous company, Santana, may have said they changed the switch, but it had not been replaced. AAA did a fabulous job.

My A/C unit was not cooling the house so I called for appointment. They sent out a tech. right away. He showed up on time. He was respectful of my home, by taking off his shoes and cleaning up after himself when he cleaned the coils. I am very pleased with the service and my home is cool.

Prompt, courteous, fair price, and good workmanship. Everyone at the office was great to deal with I'd recomend them to everyone.

I called this morning at 9:25 and was told that a service person would be at the house between noon and 5 pm. At 9:53, Tony called and asked if he could go to the house now, which was great. He was prompt, very thorough, and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service.

I had 2 workmen here most of the day, removing my 23 year old A/C and replacing it with a new one. The new one was of a different size and shape; but these men worked to make everything fit very well. They had great attitudes, and we enjoyed their company. They cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. We are very pleased. Their names were: Nestor and James.

Came early after preliminary call, very informative, inspired my trust. Price was reasonable for my area. Very pleased.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS BECAUSE I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME.

FOR INSTANCE MY AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T BLOWING OUT LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE. WHEN HE CAME OUT TO MY HOME THE WEEK BEFORE, ALL I HAD TO DO IS CALL TOM AND HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND NOW THE AIR IS BLOWING FINE. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME ANY EXTRA.

THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WE HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT. THE COMPANY WAS GOOD ABOUT COMING BACK TO CHECK ON THEIR WORK AND CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS.

AAA ALWAYS DOES A REALLY GOOD JOB FOR ME, I LIKE HOW EFFICIENT THEY ARE BOTH IN SCHEDULING, AND GETTING THE JOB DONE. ALSO THEY'RE A VERY HONEST COMPANY, THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DON'T NEED OR OVER CHARGE.

AAA DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. SINCE THE HURRICANE IT HAS BEEN HARD TO GET ANYBODY TO COME OUT BUT AAA CAME THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE REALLY WONDERFUL AND MY UNIT WAS SAVED.

AAA MODERN AIR HAS BEEN PRETTY EASY TO CONTACT, EVEN WITH THEIR INCREASED WORKLOAD AFTER THE HURRICANES. I CAN COUNT ON THEM TO DO A JOB THOROUGHLY, SO THAT MY AIR CONDITIONER WORKS WELL.

AAA MODERN AIR CONDITIONING DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME PROMPTLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN MADE AND LEFT THE AREA CLEAN. MY AIR WORKS FANTASTIC.
