They responded quickly to my call. They showed up when they said they would and was able to determine what the issue was. Evaporator fan motor was bad. They were back the next day like they said and repaired the issue. Finally nice to find a professional, honest and fair priced company. Will use them in the future.

Garret did the job. He was polite professional and wore a mask. I called and within a couple hours he was here. Service was great as usual. I recommend this company all the time. Always been great. Left the area in the garage clean and tidy.

Kevin Reyes was my tech for the service. Kevin arrived on time and immediately began to service the units. Kevin explained he would complete the service on both outside units and then he would check the inside units. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. I would rate Kevin’s service as excellent and would request Kevin for future service.

Not so well because they were trying to charge me $500 for something that another company charges $180 to do.

Routine maintenance was performed including cleaning drain tubing. Two parts were found that were recommended to be changed so that they did not break down during the summer months. The total bill was $522.80 including two more service calls. At the last service call, I had a cut off switch installed so that when the water collection pan fills up the A/C is shut down. This will prevent the pan from overflowing and coming down through the ceiling that has happened several times in the past. I highly recommend it if you don't have one. So far with the low humidity and rains, the A/C hasn't been shut off.

The work was done in a timely fashion and the service tech was very polite and courteous

At first I was told that it would be best to replace my whole unit, but asked for trouble shooting details and they told me about the electric component first, Then they realize it that the motor had to be replaced. This repair has kept the AC working. It has been functioning fine for the last 10 days since they replaced it. Regards,

Great. The technician arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and explained to me all of my options. Technician Hendrick was friendly, courteous and professional. I will use this company in the future for my air conditioning needs.

Called AAA and told them the problem. They came that day (10-19-19) and the technician went to the roof to work on the unit. A little while later I heard a big crack and then sizzling and when I looked, the electrical system for the AC was smoking. I alerted the technician and asked him what he did. He said there wasn't any freon in the unit. He never said why it shorted out. He said that I needed an electrician to fix it and then he would come back to fix the AC. I then called a different AC company who came out and fixed it for $385. I ended up getting a new AC but in any case, I was not going to let AAA come back. I called the office the next day and asked them if they were not responsible for the damage their technician caused. They told me again there was no freon in it and there was a piece of cardboard next to the wires. In my estimation, neither cardboard nor no freon would have shorted the wiring. It was running, (but not cooling) before he touched it. Whatever he did, caused the electrical wiring to get fried but they deny responsibility. I'll never use them again.

I had a regular maintenance service visit. Jed was a delight. He has serviced my AC before and is always kind and professional. I highly recommend him.

Have had a contract with AAA for quite a few years now. They never disappoint. As always, the tech arrived on time and did a thorough maintenance on the A/C. Juan was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Modern Air also installed a new A/C for us a couple of years ago. Did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

Our air conditioner went out Friday night and I called AAA Modern Air Saturday morning and they were able to come that same day. There was a complex electrical issue with our main air conditioner and thermostat. Michael was able to diagnose and fix the problem so we had our air back on that afternoon. Took his time to make sure everything was functioning as it should before he left. Very reasonably priced. Any air conditioner problems in the future I’m calling AAA Modern Air.

AAA Modern Air arrived before the window time indicated therefore they starting to work early. Jed, the technician, is not unknown to me, he has been here before and is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He is using more advanced tools to measure voltage, current, pressure and al kind of variables from the A/C systems that allows him to be a lot more accurate, fast and effective. He delivered a very professional service, engage in an interesting conversation and gave me important information to keep my system running efficiently. Glad to work with AAA Modern Air.
