Hats off to AAA Modern Air ! From the sale of my new AC unit by the friendly, honest sales rep. Hans to today's installation of the unit by the knowledgeable, professional and friendly installers Josh and Yannick I was very impressed with their courteous and excellent service. They all have done a great job and I look forward to continued great service for the life of my new AC unit. Great service is difficult to find these days but AAA Modern Air reminded me today that it is still possible. Thanks a lot !

He was very polite. He came in on a Saturday which they dont always do. They called before the appointment as promised. He was fast and efficient without rushing. I would recommend them.

Technician was punctual and gave a call before arriving to say that he was on the way. Service performed was efficient and was cleaned up before he left.

7966 sw 7th streetEric the ac tech. Came out to my unit I am a Landlord and I have several units and my normal guy was not available so I called AAA modern AIR. Eric the AC Tech came and gave me a call to tell me that the capacitor need to be replaced since my prior tenant never called me on the unit and I had no idea what shape the ac was in. I asked Eric to give me an overall reivew of the ac and he did. he offered me a maintenance plan and told me that everything else looked good but that the unit was old which I did know. He came out the same day! Within 2 hours of calling ON A SATURDAY.. WOW and also called me 3 hours later to follow up/. It does not get any better than that... I have used them once before and just as good...

Bruner was prompt, efficient and very easy to work with. He answered a lot of questions for me and explained all my options. I have used AAA several times and am always impressed by their courtesy, promptness and good work.

Everything is great! Unit is working wonderfully at this time - hopefully we can wait on purchasing a new system for a year or so with regular maintenance.

AAA Modern Air was recommended to us by a plumber who came to our house to give us an estimate. My husband mentioned that we were in the market for a new A/C and the plumber recommended this company. We'd already had three estimates and were having a difficult time deciding which one to use, since all 3 had different estimates and different opinions on how we should install a new system since the previous installation was done improperly. We called AAA Modern Air and they came out quickly to look at what we needed. The company sent us Sal and he looked everything over and gave us a price that beat all the others, plus they were going to do more to help us have the unit installed properly, without going over board like one company wanted to do, that practically had to remodel a room to install it they way they saw fit with a price that was astronomical. Anyway, AAA Modern Air is also a family run company that has been around for awhile & we were impressed with that. There was just something about this company and Sal that won us over. To make this long story short - the installation went beautifully, they sent us a supply of air filters, we some free yearly inspections, and the a/c has never worked better! We've lived in our house going on 13 years and the air is now truly cold and our electric bill went down. What's not to like or enjoy?

Removal of coil from air handling unit; coil cleaned with non-acid, alkaline-based product for cleaning & brightening coils, rinsed coil thoroughly to remove all traces of cleaning product and any debris left behind, reinstalled coil into air handler & restarted system, cleaned area where work was performed. It sounds simple, but it was work intensive. It took him about three hours to do the job. The AC unit is on the second floor of our townhouse. The "coil" is a large component of the central AC, about 3X4 feet. It looks heavy. He had to remove it and carry it down the stairs to clean it outside. He also had to climb on the roof of the townhouse building to get to the compressor(?). Not sure what it's called. The tech did an excellent job. His name is Fernando and he was very professional, polite and friendly. Whenever we have had to call AAA Modern Air, they respond immediately. They give you an estimated time when the tech will arrive and call you to let you know when the tech is on his way. Their prices are fair and all the technicians are very professional, friendly, polite and efficient. I will continue to use them.

Had an issue with my AC during the hottest month, of course. Found company via Angie's list where they had outstanding reviews. Submitted a service request at 2:00am.. Tech responded same day. He was very professional and polite and explained everything he was doing. performed some maintenance and ensure my gas was at the proper level. Explained that the unit would not start sometimes. He checked power to compressor and fan motor and said it was within limits. Thought everything was fixed, but the unit would still only start up randomly. When it did run it worked great. The tech came out again and replaced the capacitor for an additional charge. Unit continued to not start more frequently. Called another local tech who responded on a Sunday. After explaining the random issues I was having with the compressor starting, he quickly found the issue after five minutes. The issue was the start contactor / relay was fried. He replaced it with a brand new one. $40 later and the unit has been working perfectly with no more start issues. I just wish the first tech would have found the issue and saved me some additional money.

I have a service contract with AAA Modern Air. I came home about 5 PM on Saturday to find my air conditioning was not working. I called and got the answering service who explained that she would make sure a technician would get my information around 9 AM on Sunday morning. At 8:15 AM Sunday, I received a call from the technician. He was at my home before 9 AM and cleared up the problem quickly. I cannot tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the service and responsiveness of AAA Modern Air.

Replaced the motor in a aircond unit, cleaned the coolant, cleaned all pipes, etc. Fernandez was very professional, efficient and clean. We called the company for regular mainenance that turned out into the major repair. They were able to get the unit back in service within 24 hours. We bought the maintenance package and hope to keep this company for all or air conditioning needs Thanks a lot guys

We returned from a 3-day vacation to a 84 degree house. My 12 year-old air conditioner had stopped working while we were gone. We discovered this problem on Sunday afternoon of the Labor Day weekend. I called several other companies who said they could not come to my house until the following day (Monday). I called AAA Modern Air, and they responded quickly and said they could be at my house in an hour. The technician was polite and professional and described the problem accurately. He did a leak test and found a leak. He put in Freon and said he would return Tuesday to check how much Freon was remaining. This would let him know the extent of the leak. He returned promptly on Tuesday and after more testing, informed me of options for fixing the A/C long-term versus getting a new one. I chose to have it repaired. This company did a good job at a fair price. They could have taken advantage of my desperation for A/C, but they were fair. I have signed up with them to return twice a year for inspection and maintenance.

Technician was able to come out within a few hours of my initial phone call requesting service. Not only was the technician earlier than expected, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend AAA Modern Air and will use them again!!!

Frank came out for an emergency service . He was very thorough and did a great job. Very professional and very neat ! Would highly recommend!!

Everything went well. The young man who responded to my call was very professional, pleasant, and patient in answering all my questions. This is not the first time I've used this service. A call is made ahead of time to let you know the service man is on the way and, whomever responds, he is always patient and professional. As a matter of fact, this is the only company I use to service my a/c.

Mr. Maldenado was phenomenal! He explained every detail, was very courteous, kind, and answered every question. I will definitely be using them again I ever have any problems with my conditioner

When the new a/c was installed last September, I spoke with Nichole about the pipe draining so close to the house. I knew that my termite pest control service would eventually "fuss" about it -- and they did. When I called AAA Modern Air about this issue on Monday, an appointment was schedule without a question or comment. Fernando arrived yesterday morning; he was originally scheduled for Tuesday but emergency calls bumped my appointment until Wednesday. (And, I understand that a house without a/c in August must take priority!) Within 15 minutes Fernando had removed the existing drain line, rerouted and installed a new drain line. He was extremely friendly and courteous and I would certainly request him again. Thank you, Fernando, and thank you AAA Modern Air.
