The technician, Eddie was knowledge and polite. He was very informative and provided up with superior customer service. He serviced both of our units and gave us a good insight as to the condition of both. We could not have been more pleased and we signed a service contract. I would highly recommend this company.

It went fine. Fernando, the technician, was courteous and prompt. He explained what he was going to do. I have used AAA before and they are consistently professional.

AAA Modern Air was fast in responding to my urgent request. The team was Professional, Honest working on my AC to get it working again. They called me to advised how it was going and what the diagnosis was. I was so pleased of the Response, Honesty and Service that they are my Air Conditioner Team for my home.

They did the ducts and the installation of the unit from head to toe in one day. Connor and Chad were great and friendly. The two guys that came for the duct work were just as nice and as friendly. My husband is extremely picky but was calling me at work telling me how neat they were how friendly they were never saw anything like it. We had a slight issue but Frank their service tech was out in the morning and had the system perfect. The crew can be beat by no other. Thank you for the best job I have ever seen.

I've used AAA Modern Air for over 20 years, both for the purchase of new units, occasional repairs and for maintenance (home and rental). The other day I called in the morning and they had a technician, Yannick, out to my house by late afternoon. Yannick was wonderful in every way! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, helpful and pleasant. My a/c system was in excellent working order when he finished. From the time I called AAA Modern Air in the morning to the time Yannick was done, everything was perfect. I can understand why their reviews are excellent. I'd give an A+++ to AAA Modern Air! I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan. There was no pressure at all to do this. It was my decision, which I based on the fact that my unit is older and can use the extra TLC. Thank you AAA Modern Air!

Technician was very pleasant and qualified

GREAT! The technician (Christopher R.) arrived on time and with his superman diagnostic skills pinpointed the problem post haste. Fortunately for me, the motor module was covered under warranty. AAA was able to locate a source for the parts at a distributer and picked them up, installed them, and tested the system for proper operation. I was impressed with the promptness in getting the system working again as I'm always concerned about mold. Southern Florida seems to be the mold capital of the US. Before Chris left my house I signed up for a one year preventive maintenance agreement. Their program covers lots of checks to make sure everything is working at it's best. Their program covers 2 calls during the year for only $150. I definitely would recommend this company.

Fernaldo showed up within the specified time, troubled shot the problem, and stayed late to make sure the system was up and running and I understood the work performed. Fernaldo was very professional and courteous and willing to go the extra mile in solving a low voltage problem with the unit.

Sal & Michael are very attentive to their clients. I called on a Saturday. Sal answered phone. I said this is Tim from A Aba Cab Limo. He remembered me from years ago when I was first learning how to repair my ac system. He said that he will send someone to my home that day to get me up and running. He was good on his word !!!!!!!! Ac was up and running that afternoon. No complaints here. This company I would highly recommend !!!!!!!!! In South Florida it is hard to find a great company to work with. Everything was outstanding from the Sales Rep Hans to the installers Jose and Eduardo. This is the 2nd A/C unit I have had installed by AAA and I can't say enough great things about them. Fair, honest, punctual, professional and more. They run a business like it should be run. I only wish every business in South Florida was run like AAA. You can't go wrong using their service or installation. AAA is the way!

I have a maintenance agreement with AAA Modern Air. I receive 2 services a year, I bought my AC unit from them several years ago and it was a great installation, no issues at all. The tech who performed the maintenance today was Yannick and tho he was relatively new to the company, he certainly is an asset to them. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Excellent company.

After receiving a few quotes this was the only provider that suggested I go bigger on my a/c system which would cause me knock out a closet wall. My husband was not happy and after doing some reasearch I found out that the system suggested would be too much for my home. I would do more research before using them again.

He showed up 3 1/2 hours late, told me if his shop had the part they could install that day. Found out they had it but still couldn't install that day so they expected me to re-book another appointment so they could show up 3 1/2 hours late again and I continue to have no ac. I went to another provider and got the part installed $100 cheaper than AAA me. Also for more fun, the AAA guy spent most of his time trying to hard sell me the yearly maintenance plan.

Jed was a professional, he knew what he was doing, and he explained everything to me while he was doing it. I got a call about an hour before he came telling me when he'd arrive.

I have used AAA :Modern Air for many years at this house and at a prior house and business location. They are typically very customer friendly and keep you informed as to what is happening. That was NOT the case this time. I had an appointment for a preventative maintenance inspection which was set for sometime between 8 and Noon. Normally, if they are running late, someone would keep me informed. This time, no one called and I left the house at 12:30 very disappointed. I was home by 2:00. At 2:30, someone from the company called to tell me the technician was on his way. No apology, no questioning whether I was available. More of an expectation that I would still be expecting him 2.50 hours LATE. Chris was very good and professional, but AAA Modern disappointed me for its deteriorated customer service.

AAA came out the morning after calling them. They were communicative and let me know when he was on the way. Gave me an initial time window of 8am-12pm and their tech Junior arrived on time around 10am. He went right to work, checking the coils and filter inside, then heading to the outside unit. He told me it the coolant pressure was low, and he found a valve cap was missing. He reasoned that it was a slow leak, probably caused by the missing cap, so he didn't think a full dye test was necessary and would be cost-prohibitive. He re-filled the refridgerant and replaced the missing cap. Good experience all around, would call them again.

We initially contacted the company because of problems with two of our air conditioning systems. Josh came and took care of the problem. We were so impressed that we purchased an annual contract. Today, Yannick handled the maintenance that's done under the contract. This is a first rate company that is extremely responsive and highly professional. We would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Our A/C went down during a weekend and we decided to replace the whole system rather than putting more money into an old system that would certainly become an endless pit of repairs. That Monday I called two highly rated Angie's list HVAC contractors (AAA Modern and one I'll call 'company E') plus two other local contractors that were 'friends of friends' (one I had used for service previously). All had visited the house by the end of the day on Monday. Hans (AAA Modern) provided me 3 proposals immediately on Monday afternoon. I got another proposal from my previous service guy on Monday night. The other local guy came out but never even sent a proposal. The other highly rated one from Angie's list 'company E' was very professional and thorough but was a bit slow in getting me a proposal on a Carrier system. I held off on a decision while waiting for company E for over 48 hours which arrived late Wednesday and that evening discussed with the rep items needing clarification. That rep was going to get answers to my questions from his boss and get me the answers by Thursday morning which dragged into Thursday afternoon. All this time with no A/C ? okay, I was done. My research also showed me that the difference between the Carrier and the Bryant (made by Carrier) is the plastic logo that gets put on the unit. AAA Modern provided a competitively priced quote that included 2 years labor (where my local guy offered only 1 year of labor) and everyone had 10 years on parts. Thursday afternoon I called Hans because I was ready to 'get it done'. The earliest that I expected we could get the installation scheduled for was likely to be Monday. Knowing that we were without A/C Hans checked with his office and called me back in minutes with confirmation that they could do the job on Saturday. I emailed the signed proposal to Hans on Thursday night and at 12 noon Friday a nice man from AAA Modern, who handles the permits, was at my door to notarize my signature and get all the required engineering plans to the city. Hans told me to expect the installers to arrive at 8:30 am Saturday and they were exactly on time! My background is in a very technical field and have also spent many years doing detailed work with mechanical mechanisms. I was lucky to have gotten these two guys. Robert and Eduardo were top notch. They worked the full day and paid real attention to detail. I appreciated watching the quality of their work. I'm very comfortable recommending them. In fact, I have already met with two different neighbors across the street from me who are looking to do an A/C replacement, and I strongly encouraged them to call AAA Modern Air.

My AC is 20 years old and started freezing. I was sure that whoever comes to service it will turn even the smallest problem to a "need a replacement" type of visit. Well it seems I had a tiny problem of extra filter (I did not know of ) that was clogged. The technician came, cleared it up and never tried to turn it to a new AC sales visit. It is so good to find an honest service provider who was willing to come on a Saturday (2 hours notice) and not charge extra and not up sale anything. I am happy I have them on my contact list and when the day comes and my 20 years old AC dies, they will be the first to get a chance to replace it

After doing research on Angie's List, I contacted AAA Modern Air after reading the positive reviews posted. They responded to my house within the specified time frame and from beginning to end, the customer service and service provided was excellent. The call taker was friendly, the person dispatched to my home was very friendly and courteous. I don't have anything bad to say about this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC service.
