Very well, the tech (Jim) was very pleasant and professional. He said the system was in good shape and suggested adding a Time Delay Relay since the unit is starting to creep up in age.

Excellent. Tech was professional. The company notified me by phone call the exact time the tech would arrive. Handled the problem, took time to explain to me the problem, recommendations. Wasn't pushed but based upon earlier conversation to which I inquired about a maintenance contract. II signed up a 1-year maintenance contract.

The man that came out to do the quote was honest and upfront. He was very responsive and fair on the price for the quality and time it would take. Which is why I decided to go with them. I was promised the job would take 4-6 hours with 2-3 people on the job. The young man that came out to do the job was on his own. He worked extremely hard but it was too big of a job for one person. He tried his best to get help. No one came to help him. I spoke with the manager as it was well past 6 hours and need assistance to finish the job. He did not bring anyone else on the job. The young man hadn't taken a break or even had a bite to eat because he needed to get home to his family. The job ended up taking more then 12 hours!!!! I have two small children and the day quickly became a nightmare. As the man was under complete exhaustion. It was unfair to do this to myself and showed how the company does not value their employees. They over promised and under delivered.

I called at 9 AM, Eric arrived at 3 PM. Very professional and helpful. Got us all up to speed. I enrolled in annual service, very reasonable ( price below is for annual service not just one visit)

Michael Di Floria, Owner, was very responsive and knowledgeable about air conditioning systems and offered a great maintenance contract in addition to the ac product warranty. I was able to finance the deal with zero percent financing for 25 months. I received a discount on labor by being an Angies' member, which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend this company to other prospective customers.

I called at 8:30 in the morning and they had someone here by 2:00 p.m. Josue, the technician, was very polite and explained what was wrong with the unit. I was very pleased with his knowledge and skill. We now have a cool house and I will definitely be calling them in the future. I signed up for a service agreement for future repairs.

There were a few surprises but they were professionally and competently handled. (But then, that is the reason we do business with AAA Modern Air!)

Technician Bruner showed to my door, he was knowledgeable and customer oriented. Spent about 15 minutes reviewing the equipment, provided a few options and added 2 lb. of freon to the unit. He answer multiple questions with a great attitude, and he honored 10% discount from Angie's list. I would definitely recommend the services,

Fantastic job as usual. I first used AAA Modern Air 15 years ago and was very happy with the job they did. Fortunately for me, aside from some small maintenance, I haven't needed their services again until now. When the unit in my new home stopped cooling the house, AAA Modern Air was quick to come out and diagnose the issue. Since the unit was dated and mis-matched, we decided to replace the system with a more efficient Bryant unit. The install was clean and we are thrilled with the new unit. Thanks again!

Great A/C Company Just got my 1st of 2 included maintainence visits in year one of our nest A/C system. Very pleased with the service. I called to schedule and they offered to come out the same afternoon. Within a few hours they tech arrived. Easy peasy.

I sent AAA Modern Air a message and got a quick response. They sent someone out to give me an estimate. The tech they sent was professional, knowledgeable and straight forward. They quoted replacement of the same unit a couple of years ago, but I didn't pull the trigger. The quote they gave me this time around was very reasonable and clearly spelled out all of the details, complete with model numbers. AAA was about $150 cheaper than a competitor for a equivalent AC unit. I ended up going with the competitor, mainly because I had coworkers that had used them. It was a tough decision. AAA will definitely be on the top of my list for AC providers.

Company was the third requested to diagnose original problem of A/C not working and the only one that showed competence and trustworthiness.. Their technician arrived prepared and knowledgeable, assessed the defect promptly and professionally and recommended solutions and quoted prices with only normal delay. The new system was installed rapidly and satisfactorily. Post-job cleanup was not up to their professed standards and not all the equipment was installed as promised, but they made it right later after one complaint call and one reminder call. Personnel were pleasant and accommodating.

went well. technician shows up exactly when expected. AAA Modern Air called ahead to confirm he was on his way. Completed work in a professional and timely manner. They were also the original installers of my current unit. They gave a competitive bid, cleaned up when they were finished, and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the installation process.

Very happy with AAA's service from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional, from the original salesperson to the installing technicians. My old a/c was several years overdue for replacement, but I was dreading the hassle of replacing it. AAA made the experience as stress-free as possible and I would happily recommend them and use them again.

The technician called to say he was coming - arrived shortly after and got right to work. He was thorough, clean and very informative. He reminded me of the benefits of the service agreement and we signed up for another year. It's worth it!

The first tech came right away to diagnose the problem. The second tech made an appointment & never showed up (even after we called in the a.m. to confirm)! He finally arrived in the late afternoon. I want to know if I can charge the company for my time waiting around? This company is the only one in the area that is able to fix the brand of air conditioner that we bought (if I had to do it all over again I would never purchase any appliance that only one company can maintain!)

The technician, Eddie was knowledge and polite. He was very informative and provided up with superior customer service. He serviced both of our units and gave us a good insight as to the condition of both. We could not have been more pleased and we signed a service contract. I would highly recommend this company.
