They came the same day, were very prompt and after thoroughly analyzing the issue, they installed a new system the next day. The price was very fair and I am happy to have cool air in my house again. I highly recommend these guys and will be using their services again in the future when needed!

Perfect did maintenance and got it working

It was uneventful. The AC technician was new and I'd not met him before. He went to work right away and serviced the main air conditioner and found no problems. I signed for the service and he left. I will have to call again for our second central AC as I'd not specified I needed both units serviced on my original call request.

Condenser unit shut down, in the late evening on 5/11/17. Called for service the next morning, and had tech (Josue), there before 9:00am. Promptly diagnosed the problem. Replaced the capacitor on condenser. Advised the condenser fan motor was drawing too high an amperage and hard start up indicated failure was on the horizon. Replaced parts under factory warranty, and was only charged for labor.

Ken was professional, courteous, patient, and very detailed. I was not able to say expertly what the issue was with my AC unit, but Ken completely checked the unit from top to bottom, running a full diagnostic on the system, providing a well reasoned and detailed report of the issue and the solution. Ken’s fantastic customer service made this customer feel extremely confident, and comfortable using AAA Modern Air again and recommended them to friends and family. Two thumbs up for Ken R. and AAA Modern Air.

The service was prompt and professional. The price of $150 for 2 calls per year is much more reasonable. Yannick, the technician was excellent. Also, I was very pleased with the cost and original installation of this unit by AAA Modern Air in 2007.

My AC decided to die over the weekend. AAA Modern air responded to my call. Because my building required proof of insurance, I had to wait until Monday (when I would not be available) to have the paperwork sent in. But it was done quickly, and the technician arrived promptly Tuesday morning and the problem was fixed immediately.

I found them on Angie's List. They came out right away. Hans knows his stuff. He's excellent. The price was fair. One other quote was over $2000 than what they charged. He was readily available to answer questions as well. I would highly recommend them and I'm happy with the work. The installers were also really really good. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly.

There's no furnace, it's just an AC. I have an annual contract with them. They come every 6 months and they inspect and clean. They are the ones who installed my AC. There have been every 6 months inspections since they installed my AC. I have been using them since 2011.

In fact, I have to tell you that they left my house cleaner than it was when they started. All the debris on the floor, everything; they cleaned it up.

Scheduled service call over 30 days in advance; requested first service call of the day; was told it would be between "8 am and 9 am". DIDN"T HAPPEN and no one called me to tell me that they had changed the schedule. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!

The first Thermostat they installed was faulty. Had to wait for 2 days to get it changed out.

We were in need of replacing our 17 year old Rheem 5 Ton split system. Due diligence dictates one obtain at least 3 quotes which we did, finally settling on AAA Modern for several reasons. 1. Customer service: Dealing with AAA Modern was easy and effortless. Their team was efficient when it came to initial contact, home consult and final install. Hans was most accommodating in answering questions and making suggestions, and responding to our needs in detail. 2. Price: Cost is always a concern but our priority is customer service. They delivered on both counts. We were given several quotes for what we requested, and they were in our opinion fair and reasonable, and below competitor’s prices. 3. Financing: Big ticket items require large outlays but AAA Modern suggested 25 month no interest financing through a Rheem promotion which we accepted. 4. Install and follow-up: Two installers were onsite at approx 10AM and work was completed by approximately 3PM. They were professional, courteous and obviously experienced. They kept the worksite clean with a minimum of disruption. A separate rep came to inspect ducts and yet another came to install the WiFi thermostat. Included in the package were 12 air filters and 2 onsite checkups for one year. 5. Conclusion: They are outstanding in all areas listed above. AAA Modern is certainly in our opinion a cut above and we would not hesitate to recommend their services. 6. P.S: If you are viewing this on Angie’s List, take note that every comment is responded to by AAA Modern. That may seem trivial to some, but it shows a commitment to customer service.

Terrific. Although both the handler and condenser needed to be replaced, I was given several options by the technician as to fixing it and I chose replacement. I was on a time constraint and AAA was able to do it the next day. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They were very good and professional. They were reasonably priced and did a good job. The workers were fine.

I would highly recommend this company. They were always on time. Angelo came by to give us a quote on ductwork that needed to be replaced. We had major leaks in the old ductwork.He was very knowledgeable and professional. Likewise Eddie gave us a quote on replacing our A/C unit which was on its lest leg being that it was 13 years old. Eddie and his crew showed up right on time on Saturday, worked straight through the entire day and did a wonderful job cleaning up. What a difference the new a/c system has made on our lives!! We are so happy we used AAA Modern Air.

i had this company install a new, complete HVAC system inside and out. They responded quickly with a quote and installed the system the next day. The installation was professional, clean, and perfect. The workers were professional, knowledgable and friendly. They did a great job. The old system replaced was barely 9 years old but was a horrible installation, which resulted in a shorter life span. i would definitely recommend this company. FYI i did get an estimate from another company and they were in close range to this estimate.

I have a plane I think that's $150 a year which I highly recommend. Very well, they know what they are doing. They're polite and timely and you call immediately someone answers and they even if it's dark if they said it was now like two months ago when that happened with the bad leak and they said you are right, I said that because I was told before that might be the battery I said my system isn't working or something and then it turned out over the phone they diagnosed and said it's probably your battery in your thermostat.

I have a service plan, so there was no cost.

Simple fix, purchased yearly contract for $25 more than what I paid for service call. Affordable, made sense for emergency service calls. Very responsive.
