AAA Modern Air

Perfect! AAA came out the night I called that the AC wasn't working and determined that the motor for the blower had died. They were back the next day and within an hour had it up and running. Yannick was prompt, courteous and very efficient. I will request that he come out when it's time for the semi-yearly maintenance. If you don't currently have a maintenance contract with AAA for your AC unit, you should run not walk to get one. It paid off big time for me.

I like Frank, the service technician. He worked quickly and unobtrusively. My service was due right about the time the hurricane hit. They explained there would be a delay because they are fixing actual broken a/cs. But they called back with a date that was only 2 weeks later. One of the things I like about this company if that they will honor your annual inspection even after the contact expires — which I keep doing because the ac didn’t break the price quoted was the cost of my annual contact.

Had a few small issues related to making holes in the ceiling and fixing a concrete wall. In addition to adding some duct work. Overall the process was very well done. The house is now very cold and the unit is no longer taxed on those really hot days. They were very professional and came back to fix one small issue.

I called AAA Modern Air and they had someone here within 2 hours! (The first company I called couldn't get here for 2says!) David was so courteous and professional. He got it cooling again and was able to identify the problem and offer a solution. I won't ever use anyone else for air conditioning needs!

I was very pleased and the house promptly started to get cooler. I have used this company several times and have always been pleased.

AAA Modern Air was easy to work with. We asked that they rescheduled the install which was to have been 3 days before Hurricane Irma, no problem. The installation went well. The crew was hard working and efficient. The evening of the install, I noticed that the outside unit was noisy and vibrating more than seemed reasonable. Called the shop the next morning to discuss this. Tony agreed that it was not right and sent a serviceman who installed a new fan motor and fan the same day. I was impressed by the quick response. The outside unit now seems fine. I will gladly recommend these guys.

Great! I put off servicing the A/C for a long time after bad experiences with other companies. I am happy to finally have a company I can trust and can call on whenever needed

Very well. Tech Bruner came out and did an excellent job. Not only did he fix the problem but just the way he approached the job by explaining the whole process and telling me what part I need and how much it cost to explaining the measurement he did once he restored the unit to good working order. All this was done for a fair price. AAA Modern will be my HVAC contractor from now on. Thanks guys.

Her reply regarding the preventative maintenance was they had been very busy but looks like I was due in January. However the technician did arrive the same day around 3:00PM for the emergency call. After inspecting the unit he said the air handler coil was frozen and there was nothing he could do to until it thawed out. He disconnected the condenser unit power and said a technician will return the next day to inspect it. The technician shows up at 4:30PM on Friday the next day takes a look and said the coil should be changed. I said OK do it. The technician calls his manager and after the call tells me they don't want to do it because there is no room to work on it and it should be re-located. I said OK lets re-locate it. Bottom line: 1) They never called me back to even discuss re-locating/repairing the air handler. 2) They never provided the preventative maintenance they contracted with me. To resolve the problem I called another AC company that promptly came out Saturday the next day and repaired the air handler. I would definitely not use this company again.

They completed the job in a day, very clean and professional, and the unit works great! Our house is much cooler now on a consistent basis. I was most impressed with the amount of time Hans spent assessing our needs and making sure we did not "overbuy" a larger unit than he felt we needed, based on our other concern of the unit running too much and being noisy.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone was extremely helpful, including Tony, Eric and Kenny, who did the install. A great company that takes pride in their work and customer service, which is rarely seen in South Florida anymore. And, their prices are always fair and honest, to boot. I’ve used them for 25 years. They actually sold some bad systems to me and to some other people. I think they knew that the models they were selling had issues, because they had some leaks in them. Two people came out to put them in. They had to fix them because they were under warranty. I had to push, but they did not charge me to fix them.

I had this company replace my duct work. During the process I asked them to look at my AC handler. I wanted to make sure it was working properly - I just moved in recently. I am so happy they were willing to do this. We believe they saved us a lot of money. The handler was coated in debris from the rehab work that was done before I bought the home. I then scheduled a coil cleaning with them. What a great company!!

I would highly recommend this company. Angelo came out to inspect our old duct work and gave us a couple of options to remedy our problem. He wasn't a pushy salesperson. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Our positive experience didn't end with Angelo. The installers were prompt and communicated to us freely. They made sure we understood what they were doing and why. They went an extra mile for us too. They noticed a leak in our roof and helped up locate it.

Great service. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me.

The annual maintenance is a sort of warranty program. They followed up to make sure the service was provided. It was good.

They have good service, honest people, fair price, and they're punctual.

They scheduled an appointment for the same day and arrived right on time. Rosmond Jean was the A/C mechanic who, in less that an hour got everything working again and cooled down our house. Thank you Rosmond.

A technician by the name of Ken arrived shortly after calling me. He was professional and friendly. By far the best tech I have ever met. I am so glad I found AAA! Great service at a competitive price.
