+ -1 moreThe story is in the services section. They had such a quick response I thought it was going to be a good experience but it turned out negative.
Description of Work: I went to Smith Pools to get an estimate on replacing my pool pump, fixing or replacing my filter and cleaning my pool which had turned into a dark green pond due to the pump having been out for quit awhile. The person at the desk took my name and number and said he would see about arranging an estimate. I got a call within 30 minutes as one of their people was available. A gentleman came out and looked at everything and explained what would need to be done and said he would talk to someone about final prices and get back to me. Well, I waited a week and finally called back, I was put on hold and then hungup on. I contacted a company called Pool Matters who promptly dealt with my pool issues. To bad for Smith Pool because it turned out the pool lining had gotten damaged and needed replacement for a final bill of about $3000! I would use Smith Pool for water analysis and chemical purchase as they are conviently located and, prior to my pump going out, had provided good service.
