Painting by Ritz

Excellent. Job looks beautiful. Alex is GREAT at the details.

This is the second time we have used Painting by Ritz. Again we were not disappointed. Mr. Ritzheimer (Alex) was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, on time and on quote. During the quote process, while inspecting the home, he noticed a hairline crack and tapped it to find the stucco was hollow. To make sure we didn't have a larger crack underneath, he recommended we have that stucco removed. He coordinated the removal and stucco repair for a very modest cost. Fortunately, the underlying crack was also hairline (vs a sinkhole problem) and the repair was very quick. The stucco pattern match was exceptional. The painting job was very quick ... and incredibly neat. Windows were taped very well and the tape removed almost immediately after painting (important so you don't have peel-away and maintain seals). A sealant was sprayed over the home followed by the actual paint colors we chose. After painting, our "punch list" of items totaled 6 items ... all of which were accomplished in <10 min. I.e. there were so few, we had to really hunt to find SOMETHING (like a tiny patch behind the air conditioner) and another tinier patch behind an awning). Alex made a point of visiting our home to personally review the work the day after his crew completed the job. He did this before sending us an invoice. I highly recommend Painting by Ritz, especially after 2 excellent projects.

Alex provided the best estimate, and was very professional throughout the process. We were having other work done to the exterior of the house (by another contractor), and Alex was very patient working around the contractor's work (even though things were dragging very slowly with the remodeling job). Alex's crew was very professional, and carefully performed cleaning, prep, and painting. We could not be happier with the work performed by Painting by Ritz, and highly recommend them.

From the start, Alex Ritzheimer, the owner, was totally involved with our project. The Florida rains arrived just as we agreed to move forward with his proposal. A few steps had to be redone due to the weather (sudden afternoon storms popping up), but we didn't have to ask ... Ritz Painting took care of everything. We also changed our mind on the main paint color after seeing the house painted once. Unbelievably, Alex was able to darken it for very little cost: "Well, we have a second coat to roll on ... I can get that darkened and I'll just ask you to cover our costs for a few gallons of wasted paint". Wow. That was amazing. Throughout, we had questions ... sometimes worries, but every time, a patient, courteous, and educational Alex Ritzheimer personally called to make sure not only our project was meeting expectations, but that we understood what was going on. This company is as professional as they come. We are very very pleased.

Alex Ritzheimer is the owner of the company. He came out to look at what we wanted done and to give us an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. A few days later he called uswith the estimate and said he would be able to start in about 3 weeks. In about 3 weeks he came to our house with a guy by the name of Anthony. He was the one who was going to be doing the painting. They went over everything with us and discussed what the plan was. Anthony was there evry morning on time until the job was done and Alex would stop by every other day to make sure everything was going okay. They were both very professional and Anthony did an outstanding job. After they were done they asked us to take a look at every part of the house and put blue tape anywhere we thought it needed to be touched up. A few days later Anthony was back to touch up anything that we marked. The overall experience with Painting by Ritz was wonderful. They did a great job and my house looks great! I am so pleased with the quality of the work and would definately use them again when I need to have my house painted.
