These are the people you want to avoid. The dishonesty and malicious treatment towards customers is almost beyond description. The owner Bill quotes a time frame of 6 weeks for completion yet 9 months later, the tape/insulation is ALL falling off, multiple screw hole penetrations where the installers did not know what they were doing; open holes to the outside everywhere! Building rated for up to 140 mph winds yet due to the inept installers they chose to use, part of my roof has already peeled back! Multiple separations at the roof/side area exposed to the outside. Cupola not centered correctly with weather vane misaligned! and YES, I have pictures to prove ALL of this. ALL I have received from this worst choice of a company for months now are EMPTY PROMISES of both updates as well as they actually resolving these problems their employees caused due to obviously no experience! I keep calling every week: all I receive are lies of “W’ell get this resolved next week” Next week never seems to arrive with these people! People go with anyone other than these bottom feeders!
