+ -1 morePlease go to their Facebook page and read my review. It has the full story, but to make this short, I hired this company to fix a simple leak for me. They charged me and never completed the job. They were rude and seemed inconvenienced every time I called them back to let them know the problem was not fixed. They stole parts from me and tried to resell them back to me! They left me in a worse problem than when I started. Please do your research before hiring them! I feel like I paid them to come in here and steal from me. And I had to hire someone else to do the job.

Description of Work: There was a leak between the house and the meter, he took care of that. Under the kitchen sink the knob was not on the cut off valve, he took care of that. He replaced some cartridges for me in the bathroom.

Description of Work: I had a hot water tank that was leaking. Mike Massey, from Massey Plumbing, came out to fix it. The first time he was out on 3/17/17, he replaced a TP valve for $130. When he was out replacing the valve he indicated the valve looked okay but he was going to replace it anyway. Mike indicated that there was a leak in the slab or the wall. He suggested I call HydroScout and gave me their contact information. HydroScout came out and there wasn't a leak in the slab or the wall and it ended up costing me $250 for them to come out. Mike neglected to check the meters to see if there was any movement the first time he came out. Later on his excuse for calling HydroScout was due to leakage coming out under the kitchen cabinets. It was residual water that has to come out from when the hot water tank was leaking. So he assumed there was a leak in the wall or slab without checking the meter. Mike indicated that the hot water heater might need an expansion tank. He mentioned this during his first visit but only replaced the valve. The next day I had to beg him to come out, he wasn't going to come out until Monday, to finish the work. He came out on Saturday and put on the expansion tank. Over the phone, after he put on the expansion tank, he indicated it would be $170 for the work done on Saturday. I mentioned to him that I wasn't putting out anymore money and he'd already cost me $380 due to his incompetence. Then he asked if I was familiar with a lean on the property. I said no and he hung up. On Wednesday, 3/22/17, I got a notice that he intends to put a lean on the property for $229.50. After I got the letter I tried to call Mike on 3/23/17. The letter was from Havalyn Massey, the CFO, and I called Mike to get her contact phone information so I could speak with her about the lean. Mike wouldn't give me any other number and insisted I speak with him. When I was trying to speak with him he kept asking, "Are you gonna pay?". Mike ended up hanging up on me.
