Very professional, he did a thorough collection of samples and the analysis report was emailed 2 days later. He also provided useful advice and opinions not suitable for a formal report but extremely useful nonetheless in understanding the situation. Could not ask for more.

I donâ t write many reviews, but when I find someone like Rick Anastasi, I feel obligated to do so. Rick is everything one could wish for in a service professional, but rarely finds these days. I called Rick to perform mold testing in my home, as I was concerned about the effects of persistent water intrusions from my roof. Rick came to my home the same day, performed a mold inspection, one swab testing, and indoor air quality testing. Throughout these processes, Rick explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what he found. He answered all of my questions (...no small task!), and made many helpful observations/suggestions regarding the water intrusion issues I was having. A few days later I received a detailed â Mold Inspection Reportâ and â Laboratory Analysis Report.â Rick had been consciously selective in the number of samples he took (without compromising the completeness and quality of his inspection), and his charges were most reasonable. The above reports could have been provided to any company to do the remediation work. I felt comfortable and confident enough with Rick to engage him to do that work, which will commence once Iâ ve resolved the water intrusion issues. That comfort and confidence came from finding someone who: â ¢ Has the appropriate professional licenses/credentials and insurance coverage, as well as a wealth of construction knowledge and experience. â ¢ Is easy to work with, and more than willing to go the extra mile (including a second visit to my home to ensure that his written scope of work captured every detail of what we had discussed in terms of remediation and restoration).
