Rick was very professional. He wore his mask when appropriate and always asked permission to proceed with the next step. He was careful to explain concepts and features of mold inspection in a way that was easy to understand. There is some work to be done to correct issues that may or may not be related to Rick's inspection but he was helpful in identifying potential hazards and/or repairs that will help with air circulation and venting. We found him very confident and precise with his inspection and look forward to a positive outcome on the report!

Our experience with Rick was excellent. He came over on Sunday which was much appreciated as my wife was having severe allergy attacks. He did the evaluations in different areas, and gave an oral opinion, with a written lab test results to follow. All in all, we are pleased.

They came when they said they would, performed high quality work and charged only what they said they would. Fixed mold issue related to Central AC unit, repaired plaster and cleaned AC and ducts. Very satisfied customer.
