 + -1 moreThe whole process was easy with Windows Unlimited. I would recommend them to anyone in the future. You can definitely see why Windows Unlimited has been around for so long. They really know what their doing!
Description of Work: I had old builders grade windows that were difficult to open. My rooms were so hot during the summer months and my electric bills were through the roof! I hired Windows Unlimited to replace and install windows in my house. The windows were exactly what I wanted. My electric bill was $350+ in the summer months and since I've had them replaced I haven't had a bill over $130! Window's are so easy to open and clean now. I couldn't be happier with them!

 + 0 moreEverything went exceptionally well. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and did what they said they would do. Material delivery and installation were well within the quoted timeframes. I can't say enough about the installers. Excellent craftsmen, very neat, and removed all old material and debris. They left my place just like they found it. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend Windows Unlimited to anyone.
Description of Work: Sold and installed replacement storm protection windows and doors in my house.

 + 0 more3 years later we sold our condo and was able to sell it for 60k more than we paid for it, even in a down market. I have to say most of the increase in our home was from the safety glass improvements we had done by Windows and siding Unlimited. Lastly, one of our Windows a few years after installing them had an issue where the gas leaked from between the panes of glass, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Keith has been in the business for a long time and that by itself should tell you a lot on how good his business is run. Thank you Windows and Siding Unlimited
Description of Work: Changed out 6 sliding doors and 4 Windows to impact quality windows. They made a wonderful difference to the safety of the townhouse as well the beauty aspect. We also live close to the airport, this made the inside so much more quite, that plus all the other all the other improvements made us feel so happy we spent the money to have this upgrade.

 + 0 moreI gave him a check for $1000 up front as a deposit and after I gave him the check and signed the contract. He then tried to get me to change the brand of windows to a cheaper window. Now after several attempts between Apr. - Aug. to get the job started he refuses to honor the contract or return my deposit even though services were not performed. He then said I could give him $1,400 more and pick up the windows my self and He will not let me pay with a check . He insists he wants Cash or a cashiers check even though I have paid with a check before. He is extremely hard to work with and not at all trustworthy. I have been a service Business owner for over 37 years and would have never conduct business in such manner. I am sorry but I would never recommend Keith Miller and Windows and Siding Unlimited.
Description of Work: I hired him in April to replace the vinyl siding on my house and replace nine windows.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time, worked all day, cleaned-up after they were finished. Obviously professionals at their work. We highly recommend them and their work.
Description of Work: Removed all windows, installed new hurricane windows. They were extremely professional. There was no mess to clean when they finished. They were polite, respectful, damaged nothing and were proficient. We are very pleased with the improvement they made to our home.
