I thought the cost was a little high, to just install a ceiling fan, but I needed it done and really didn't want to "shop around".

Repairman was fantastic. He gave us the estimate and we revised our request and he completed the job in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely hire again when we have electrical issues.

Courteous, reliable, came early after calling to confirm it was OK. Cleaned up after his work. Highly recommend this company and will call them again if needed.

Found and fixed issue with external GFI

Pleasant technician....10 minutes to check outlets in question with a meter....charge was exhorbitant $167 .... fo not believe this was fair but paid it....cannot use their services again at that price.

Electrician arrived on time. I described problem with my doorbell and problem with lighting in guest bath. He fixed doorbell very quickly and proposed replacing fluorescent bulbs with LED bulbs in bath. This cost more but made sense to me. He did this quickly too. Said he gave me senior discount and one year warranty. Total cost $213. Seemed high but I heard they were expensive. He was very professional and friendly.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. The place where the work was done was cleaned up before he left.

the electrican that came out to me was very cean and professional. It was a little pricey due to I really thought that this would just be a an estimate but in order for him to help he had to charge me for a service call. But I did get the answer to the problem I have been having with my sump pump. The plumber has been telling me that the problem is electrical and not the pump (which this is the second )pump that he had to replace in less than 2 yrs. The sump pump is made by Liberty Pumps. It is not electrical it has to be the pump. I have called this plumber and he is coming out this monday 4/18/16. I would highly recommmeded this electrical company.

I think $147.00 for a service call is outrageous! And when I asked on the phone before I made the appointment what the estimates charge would be I was told the tech could tell me when he got there. If I had known the service charge was $147.00 I never would have hire them. After voicing my complaint to the company they did refund me $62.00.

my pro was early and super nice,he explained all my hiring options and informed me why I had problems and how he would fix them,also asked if there were any other problems I need looked at while he was there,and there was,so he fixed those too.

I USUALLY DO MY OWN WORK AND HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CERTIFICATES IN BALDWIN HARBOR NY FOR MY HOME FOR ELECTRICAL WORK SUCH AS WIRING AN ENTIRE ROOM 10 X20 PULLING 220 LINES ETC I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE QUICK RESPONSE

Problem with installation, screws used went through our wood panel. We now need to call them back to cut off part of screw sticking out of wood panel and repair panel. We believe a mistake of wrong size screws used. Didn't notice problem till after installer left.

Very good service, on time price was what the estimate was, very fast service and would do business again with them.

I got estimate for work to be done seems fair to me he will be doing work for me in the near future there was no charge for the estimate
