I had the pleasure of working with electrician Michael Yates today. He absolutely took care of my electric needs for my hot water heater, stove and microwave. I sincerely appreciate his skills, professionalism, knowledge and expertise. This is the second time I have used Mr. Electric of Citrus and Marion County. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and electrician Michael Yates. I'm very happy with the work that has been updated and the reasonable price to get the work done. Great job Michael. The electrician explained the procedure, what needed to be done.

Never finished the job and tried to outrightly lie, saying they proved with my credit card company they finished the work, my the credit card company wants me to send them a second opinion letter for the cost of the work which was not completed, so I don’t know what they proved. Whoever is responding from the company is indicating I have a tiny home, which I am proud of, it is mine and I didn’t scheme to get it, regardless, why should that matter? all customers should be treated fairly, my payment was not tiny though. Please see my Google review of this company, their response proves that they did not finish the work but kept my money. They left the job unfinished and not only that, recently, had to call an electrician because the breaker box was sparking, maybe someone should indicate to them that loose connections are a problem when wiring up a breaker box. I have nothing to hide here, I can provide the invoice and the pictures. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Got my quote within days of calling and in the same week had my lights wired & installed! Technician was friendly & explained everything he was doing beforehand to make sure of my likings.

Charles came with someone to help him and they were great. It was an extremely hot day and they work very efficiently and got done in just over an hour. Charles had previously help me replace some batteries in my smoke detectors that I didn’t even know I had. His personal touch and sincerity that I was protected was very much appreciated. I hope I get him for any job I have to have in the future.

Mike Dennis was on time and ready to work. He was exceptionally professional, respectful of the property, and gave us a fair price. He completed the job in the time stated for the price quoted. He's on speed dial now. If we have any problems or jobs in the future, we'll call him and no one else.

Better than expected!! This team of electricians/installers were able to install the needed junction box along with properly installing my floodlights. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent! I have contractors doing work in my yard. They managed to blow out several electric outlets, by leaving a live cord in the pouring rain. Needless to say I was frustrated, not knowing the extent of the damage, on a brand new electrical box. ( Installed by my hero’s Mr. Electric) John Kane came to my rescue, this time. Not certain John knows what a caring and calming presence he has, in addition to his professionalism. I’ll be asking for John to return to install a circuit breaker on my panel, in the near future! Thanks John.

Excellent service from the technician. The light fixture was from from Turkey, and was very tricky with installing (including not having exactly the right base to hang). He figured out how to make it look perfect and gave us lots of tips for our upcoming house with no pressure. Courteous, professional, and prompt service! We will hire them again!

went well the electrician tried everything he could to fix the issue without having to take out drywall but was unsuccessful so went through the drywall and fixed the issue and restored power to the outlets higher priced than I thought the job was worth but they were on time very professional and completed the task at hand for it being such short notice would recommend

We did not expect the porch outlet to be switchable, just hot. This is the only thing we would change. Otherwise, John and the service was excellent!
