I received a photo of their rep coming over for the estimate. Greatly appreciated and made me feel safer. He was very polite and informative. However, the estimate was 3X greater than the 2 previous professional electricians. I didn't appreciate the representative saying that the previous electrical estimates probably were just handymen and probably weren't licensed. He said he would be sending the estimate to my email and as of today have not received one on line. None the less with the extreme price difference I will not be using this company.

It was a good service. They came in with protective equipment. They were on time and friendly.

Perfect, he told us what the problem was, raised the panel and fixed the problem. Great job. He was also polite, professional and knew what he was doing.

Way too much money! They wanted almost $1,300 I got the job done for $450.

Mike came when he said he would and gave estimate. I said OK and set a date and time for the work. Mike came back as promised, did the work, cleaned up, and I paid the estimate price. It does not get any better than that.

Guy showed up while i was on my way.I am the landlord and live quite a distance from the rental property.I asked for an update in regards to what repairs had to be done and an estimate.I was told that just to diagnose the problem with the door bell it would cost $173.00.I told him that that was not an acceptable price.When i got there i found that the door bell was ringing faintly so as as novice it took me a minute to realize that all i needed to do was get a new door bell.This guy who showed up was a crook.I would never use this company again.

They call me after posting on Angies List. The caller said an electrician would call back the next Thursday, but they never did.

They are the greatest i have ever work with. They were quick with the bid; they said 3-5 days to get permits, my main breaker went out and they came that day rushed the permits through and got me back up and running.

Provider was punctual and called prior to arrival to confirm. Work was done efficiently and effectively. Price was very reasonable.

I am relatively new to the area and have used Mr. Electric two times. The first time was a simple exchange of light fixtures which was performed quickly and professionally. The second time was to repair a code violation that was preventing me from getting homeowners insurance. Two light fixtures (flourescent shop lights) were connected to electrical outlets via extension cords, which was was a safety hazzard. The electrician removed the extension cords and installed regular electric outlets for the shop lights to plug into. The electrician took pictures of the "before" and "after" and sent them to my e-mail address so that I could forward them to my insurance company proving that the work had been done. Both times, Mr. Electric was very quick to respond to my call, coming within a day or two.
