I was looking for a house on the Homosassa area, preferably on the river. I began looking 2 years ago, and was referred to Randy by a local friend. For 2 years, Randy kept me informed on what was available, what the back story was to the property, and any pluses or minuses associated with it. He did the homework for me to be sure I was fully informed on all aspects of the property. He went far beyond what I thought realtors would do to help the client. He stuck with me and worked with me to strategize how we could get the best deal, and I ended up with a great home on a superb portion of the Homosassa River. He even went as far as to personlly help the selling party move contents of the house so that there could be a fast close. I really didn't expect realtors to be lugging around china cabinets to help their customers. This guy is a pro, knows his job and does it exceedingly well.
