Excellent until billing. Had to give 25% upfront. On second day of work, I was asked to pay for materials which would be deducted from final total due. The final invoice was presented to me during installation on day three. I thought the amount was higher than I expected but since the supervisor was standing in my presence I wrote a check for the amount listed on the invoice. After he left I reviewed the invoice more intently and discovered they had only given me credit for half of the materials I had prepaid. I immediately emailed their business office with the materials invoice attached. They responded with a thank you and a promise send to their accountant for review and a refund of overpayment. This was on May 18, 2017. I sent another email on June 5, 2017. I spoke with emplyee/associate James on June 8, 2017. I spoke with employee/associate Brandi on June 15. 2017. She said she would tell the owner Jason about my concerns. Spoke with Brandi again on June 19, 2017. She said check would be mailed on June 23, 2017. I received an email from Brandi on June 23, 2017 asking for a good number to reach me because Jason would be calling. It's now June 24, 2017. No check, no call from Jason. Talk about a run around. It's been over a month since I started this process. This is in regards to: Elite Roofing in Crystal River, Florida

a new roof was installed on 1-16-16. the roof has leaked from day one. have been out 4 times trying to repair when they feel like it. will not return calls. very bad service. the roof is leaking in two places. two vents were left off had to come back to install and then they were installed wrong. not a good company to deal with. cost me $365,00 to repair springs on garage door caused by the leak. will not help with repair costs. BEWARE do not use read review by Brandy Wernicke. funny she did not say she works for them do not trust her review

Demo crew showed up and had old roof off in little over one day along with new peel and stick. Install crew did a great job with new venting and then clean up. Also had a crew from my solar heating company remove and reinstall the panels after the roof was up. Excellent job by all.
