Couldn't be happier. Would use them again.

Ran into Gary today at a tile store and Gary desided to make a sciene in public about why I didn't do bussiness with him and stating that he designed the kitchen . NOT ! I am the designer and Gary just put it down on paper in order to give a quote . Gary is trying to push a fair product at luxury product prices . I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED . He came up with all types of excuses to do what I wanted , making it look like I had to have custom made cabinets . NOT ! I gave him the opportunity to quote me a price and DREAM KITCHEN WAS MORE THAN $5000 MORE than the cabinets that I purchased that were constructed of 3/4" cabinet grade plywood including the shelves COMPARED TO 1/2" what he offers . NO MELIMINE OR PRESS BOARD ANYWHERE ! Jerry, I am sorry you could not make the sale but IF YOU CAN'T RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS , STAY ON THE PORCH ! theres too much more to state BUT i'll just leave it at that.

Did not go at all. Spoke with owner on Monday, said he would return my call on Tuesday. He never did.

I really couldn't be happier with the price, process and outcome of my kitchen remodel! Dream Kitchens gave me exactly what I wanted when other companies told me no. I never had to compromise. The entire remodeling process was very organized and Gary was great about keeping me updated on what was happening and when. Start to finish the project was completed in five weeks! I love, love, love my new kitchen; it is the kitchen of my dreams! Thank you Dream Kitchens!!

Gary knows his stuff. Very helpful in the design of the kitchen. Cabinets are top quality. Quartz counter tops are beautiful. He also helped us get a general contractor who provided us with all the people needed to complete this project. ie: plumber, electrician, tile installer. Gary was always easy to contact, and got back to us quickly. We have two bathrooms to upgrade in the future. . Dream Kitchens & Bath will be our choice.

The job went fine. I basically got everything I wanted. I used a contractor, Rise Construction, and they did all the wall removals, electrical and plumbing work and painting needed before Dreams came in and installed the kitchen cabinets. They also replaced 2 toilets for us. I would and have already recommended Rise Construction. Charlie Rise's crews were really good at what they do, except for the painting. It was a little too lumpy for my taste but again all the important things were done carefully, and they did all the cleanup. We used Rock Solid Creations in Crystal River for the granite in the kitchen. They did a great job and their granite is beautiful. The best service around for Granite. Dreams service itself is fine. We had a pretty set plan of the design we needed to enlarge our kitchen. Gary of Dreams came out measured and put the plan together. He is a very large individual in all ways and sometimes you have to stop him to get the answers you are looking for. His installers are probably the best in the area. He uses someone named Lee. Our installation got delayed about one month because it got started before Thanksgiving, but couldn't be finished until after that holiday. We were not entertaining so that was fine with us. i think about three things needed to be reordered and one cabinet (because i didn't look carefully at the plan) needed to be changed. Gary does follow through and made all those changes. THAT TO ME IS THE MOST IMPORTANT service you will get from Gary, versus other design centers. Use them too and your end results should be fine. Note the price I provided was for cabinets and their installation only.

Work was done in a very professional manner. Job was completed on time and within the promised quote. Owner, Gary, was on site often and when needed and all his workers were competent and polite. Any changes were completed in a timely manner and the finish work was exceptional.

We are still in the early planning stages and haven't decided on all the details as of this date. The owner is eager to help us out on the new remodel of our home.

The work is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a more customer service oriented team. Gary Eccher/owner kept us in the loop on every aspect of scheduling and installation. Each crew showed up on time and committed to a professional job. Absolutely easy to work with. Gary wants every customer to be as delighted with the end result as possible and will do whatever it takes to be sure that happens. I don't think you will find any company easier to do business with. Just really nice folks to work with and these rooms are just beautiful!

They were wonderful. They did such a good job on the kitchen that we had them do the salon room and both bathrooms. These guys were great. We did not know who to go with and the girl asked if I did not mind someone with a ponytail and I said did not care as long and they showed up for work and did a good job. It is just beautiful, travertine tiles throughout, it is gorgeous. We thought that the price was fair.

Had a few minor bumps along with way but Gary took care of the problems and we are very pleased with the results. Would recommend.

Overall Rise Construction did most of the work and did an excellant timely and reasonably priced remodel. All subcontractors were excellant as well, electrical, painters, tile, all overseen by Charley of Rise Construction. The only issues were from Dream Cabinets. Adjustments needed to be made and owner Gary of Dream cabinets seemed to become very animated and defensive when things were brought to his attention. Two doors swung the wrong way and it took 3 months to finally get fixed. My fault I shouldn't have made full payment till everything was resolved. Undersink trashcan didn't fit was never resolved and was not charged. Bottom line I may use Dream kitchens again, but I would go over the plans myself in fine detail before agreeing proceed.

They were good. Gary is the owner. Their price was pretty good compared to the other company. The quality was very good. The guys who were working here were very good. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was fine because they always called me. I would use them again in the future.
