Jimmy came out and gave us an estimate. He and his crew came out and did the work as they could (the weather was uncooperative for a couple of days), keeping us up-to-date on when he would be doing the work. The finished product is great, the workers did an excellent job and everything done matches what was already there. While working on the lanai, they noticed that our pool pump wasn't working properly, so they checked it out and found that it hadn't been properly serviced. They serviced the pump/heater; replaced the filter and updated connections that were leaking. Pool system now working very well!
Description of Work: Extended lanai and screen around pool; added guttering. Fixed pool pump and connections
