I have a fairly large residence, 3700 sq. ft., four bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage and it had been nine years since it had been painted. I called Chris Satchell after obtaining other estimates, and he looked over my house and gave me a fair price and an itemized contract on services he was going to perform. This included a tinted sealer, a satin finish base coat to the stucco, a different trim color, and another color to the fascia. This also included pressure washing the exterior, sealing all of the cracks in the stucco, and caulking all of the windows. Chris started the job on a Monday and finished on Friday afternoon. He showed up everyday in the morning on time and worked with his crew until late afternoon. He requested a third of the payment to start, a third a few days later, and a final third after all work was completed and inspected for my approval. His work was very neat and detailed where he used drop clothes when needed and he performed a very thorough job. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.
