 + -1 moreTheir work is superior! Stains that I thought would never come out were removed and the carpet looked as good as new! We have dogs and all the messy things that go along with house pets. No problem for these folks. Their prices are fair and they show up when they promise.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, not from Crystal River but Spring Hill. Not sure if that makes a difference. The service man started and finished in about 30 minutes. He was putting equipment away and when I went to check the job, carpet was still very dirty! He brought in a larger machine and worked on the stains another 30-45 minutes. Never asked if I was satisfied and in fact avoided contact until bill time. I used Chem-Dry because I did not want carpet saturated. After the second machine, carpet was very, very wet. It took 8-10 hours to totally dry. I will not use them again. Not the Chem-Dry experience of the past. Sorry!

Description of Work: They did a solid job on our carpets. Was impressed with quality and technician - at 1st. Unfortunately they knocked over armoire with heirloom China figurines shattering them all. In fairness there was work being done in home and it was pulled away from wall. They should have been more careful is point. Was disappointed there was no attempt to make right by either not charging us for work or providing future discount. There was no follow up by their office to even say they were sorry and process an insurance claim. Very disappointing.

 + -1 moreSeth has always provided great service. He answers emails and calls promptly and is very flexible when arranging time and dates. Despite the name, they do not use chemicals. They also leave the rugs dry enough to be able to sleep in the rooms that evening. I look forward to continuing to call on his services and would highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreI asked that Chem Dry come clean our carpet before we moved out of the house. There were some stains I was concerned about, some that kept coming back after other carpet cleaning services had cleaned them in the past. I wanted to use Chem Dry since I have used other Chem Dry companies in the past and was very pleased with the jobs they did. I had planned to clean more areas but changed my mind at the last minute. The guy that came was so courteous, he understood my circumstances and paid extra attention to the spots and charged me appropriately. He said those stains could come back, to give it a week and if they did he could come back and it usually only took one more time, if even that to get any reappearing stains. I had someone stop by a week later to check the stained areas and he said he could not see any trace of stains. He thought it all looked wonderful. If I had stayed in the area I would have continued to use them. Very happy!

Description of Work: Chem dry did a real good job cleaning the carpets. We were pleased with the service, work performed, and end result. The carpet tech was a nice guy and very accomodating. We are also having them do the tile cleaned. so overall very good

 + -1 moreWe like that they have a relatively dry process. They do a very good job of cleaning. They are very conscientious if there is an area that needs extra attention. They take their time and are more thorough that companies I have used in the past.
Description of Work: We have used them twice a year for several years. Price is an average cost depending on what rooms are cleaned. We have a fairly large home.
