 + 1 moreThey tell you what time they are going to come and if they are going to be late or early they always give you a phone call. They have a secret phone number, 611, if you can't remember their number for repairs. I love it. I have talked to my son about this and he says I am getting a very good deal.
Description of Work: I have a contract with Bright House Networks for cable, phone and internet. I've called them to straighten out some electrical work.
