+ -1 moreI called Birdsong and said my pool had leaks, meaning at least more than 1. He fixed one leak and my pool cleaning guy would not run pump because of leaks? I called Bill, and he said he was hired to fix leak inside pool? I said, Hey Bill, I hired you to get my pool to stop leaking, meaning all water leaks, he said well, the pool didn't have enough water for me to check. I was like Really? Never Never again, I'm expecting a bill from a so called professional leak guy who did not finish the job, and acted annoyed when I called at least 6 times for updates over a 2 week period. Never again! Florida has tons of pool service companies, I only called Birdsong, because my pool cleaning guy recommended. I called Eugene at SunCoast pools, he stopped by my house and fixed the 2 remaining leaks and did an emergency cleaning for 35 bucks!!
Description of Work: Fixed 1 leak inside pool.

Description of Work: We have used Birdsong Pool Service for maintenance and repair (as well as consultations) on our pool and equipment for at least the last 5 years. Without a doubt, he is the best provider of pool repair/service in the area. Not only does he do an outstanding job (including tidying up his work space after each day's work) , but, if he is unable to perform the work, he will refer you to the appropriate service provider having an equivalent high work ethic to the one he has. He has even advised us on ways to save money! We cannot say enough good things about this company. At first glance, their prices may seem a bit on the high side but the excellent quality and professionalism of work is more than worth it. We have recommended him to our friends who have given us feedback as to how satisfied they have been.
