The technician checked to make sure the the condensate line was clear, which I had already done, but did not fix the leak. He gave a recommendation on how I could fix the leak, but it didn't work. There seemed to be no concern about COVID-19 before or during the visit.

They are a little bit high. The quality and repair are really good. They are just expensive. Unfortunately, they are the one who installed the unit in my house, so I have to use them. Very good. They did allow me to pay in two installments, which was good.

I'm happy with them. It's taken a little long to get the inspection done.

Did not put it in the way they said they would. and they charge me $175 more to put it in another way. It kept leaking water. They been here 4 times to fix the leak. I wish I could have them take it back and use a different company. I would not recommend them for any service or instillation. They also were the highest bidder. The Citrus Chronicle paper awarded them the best of the best that's a bunch of garbage. I believe I should have got Daniel's to do the instillation. I had them do repairs on my old unit they do good work at a fair price. The reason I didn't use themI did not like their lennox brand.

They were great and I know i will use the again. They came on time.

Because of a computer problem, my appointment was never assigned to anyone. After waiting nearly 4 weeks for this appointment date, no one even came to perform a yearly check and tune-up on my air conditioning unit which had been installed by this company approximately ten years ago. Someone from the office was supposed to call and reschedule my appointment when the computer was working again.. I never heard from them.

They were great. We've used them in the past on many occasions and they do really good work. The workers are very polite, well mannered, and efficient. They seem very knowledgeable. They were very prompt. In fact, they gave us an estimated time of when they would come out and were early.

Everything was as expected.

First, they said that they were going to charge me for the service call and I told them to forget it and that I would find someone else. They then told me that they could do it for free. Each and every technician I have had come out as told me something different for the cause of issue and what the solution may be. This last time out, they never even cleaned out the air conditioner. I finally got frustrated with them and decided to go with someone else. The company I had come out instead cleaned the unit first thing and it resolved the issue immediately. I can't believe that it took this long and Bay Area still failed to find the right solution. Bay Area wanted to charge me $400 to clean the unit and another $300 for an infrared sensor that would keep the unit operating properly.

When we first moved into our new-to-us home, we couldn't seem to get it cool. We thought it was because it was just so blistering hot. But, after 2 weeks of almost 24-hr a day running of our a/c, we decided we'd need to call for a checkup of the a/c. We called Bay Area, and they had a technician there within just a couple of hours. The technician was friendly and professional, and almost immediately determined that we had no freon. Then he found where the leak was and showed it to us. He offered us 3 different levels of resolution, along with cost estimates for each, and estimated lifetime for each fix. We opted to install a whole new system. He scheduled it right then, and told us what day he'd be returning. It was going to be a couple of weeks out, as they had to pull permits and get the unit in place. The tech told us to call them back if we had any problems in the meantime....and we did. Again, the freon leaked out, and we called for assistance. They sent a technician out right away and he refilled the freon so we could get some relief. Right on time, on the scheduled delivery day, our original technician showed up with his permit already emplaced on an in-ground sign, removed the old unit & installed the new unit. I'm pretty sure there was some duct-work done too. He also installed a new thermostat, that came with the new a/c unit. He explained how to operate the thermostat, how to schedule the county inspector, and cleaned up all traces of the installation mess. This must have been on the hottest day we'd had so far. Everything was done well, and according to code (per the inspector), and quickly. And when we were hit by lightning just 2 weeks later, they immediately sent a serviceman out to repair the damage. He was very apologetic about having to charge us for the repair, but lightning was not covered under the warranty. He had the necessary parts on the truck, and the unit was repaired within 2 hours. Dealing with this company was easy and pleasant. The technicians are personable, polite, well-trained and appear to be very knowledgeable about their service. I will return to Bay Area AC for any necessary service in the future.

It went very well. They did a great job. They were very efficient. They answered my questions. The person I dealt with on buying it was very helpful. The installers were fine too. We were very happy with it. The price was absolutely fair.

First of all they sold me the units I never seen before the installation. they installed cheapest units available on the market as described only per KW needed for the house. I am not a geek of AC units and they get the 1st reward of my lose. (installed carrier puron) After 6 months ac stopped working, they asked technician will be $80 to come, I said I have warranty so they teach me how to fix it instead of wasting their time. and I fixed myself by flushing the system, right now system have to be flushed every 6 months. 2 years past and I thermostat malfunction per internet other people complains I called them to replace it with new one (per 10 years warranty on parts) they refused to replace the part free of charge claiming part is free but their techician cost $50 + dispatch fee $15 for first 15 minutes of work, where replacing the thermostat is easy like 1-2-3, seconds. I told them I will drive to them for replacement they said they do not replace and quot; over the counterand quot; ! that means their warranty is bogus. They switched me to some kind of boss which refused either and instructed me to call carrier because they provide this warranty. As I did. BUT due to florida contractor rules: contractor/installed warranty the parts and they should work with that with carrier since I did not even knew what company I was buying. This is misleading company with cheap products and their warranty is big lie. I reported them to Tampa City for non compliance, who gave them a license ? Nobody leave a feedbacks and I feel like only defrauded person here, Be careful and think twice before doing business with them. Thermostat cost me $400 WATCH OUT THEY DO NOT STAY BEHIND THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS, THEIR WARRANTY IS FAKE BOGUS. ALSO CHECKED THEIR LICENSE DO NOT ALLOW THEM PROVIDE SERVICE IN TAMPA-REPORTED TO CITY. ALSO CHECK BBB THERE IS 4 MORE CLAIMS AGAINST THEM AND 1 PENDING IN CONTRACTOR BOARD.

My unit was not working and the coils were frozen. From the moment I made my first phone call to having the unit working again, the service provided was excellent.

THE TECH WAS EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW HIS JOB. ALWAYS HAVE BEEN SATISIFIED WITH BAY AREA AIR CONDITIONING , INC AND THEIR WORKERS. EVERYONE WE'VE DEALT WITH THERE, IS SUPER POLITE AND ACCOMODATING.....

Came to repair AC but recomended replacing. Gave price with different options. Set date and arrived on time and job done by noon. Great team!!!!

It went very well, the technician was my favorite.

Our AC went out outside of business hours, Bay Area came out to the house identified what was wrong and had us up and running in no time.

Did not charge me to put some Freon in it. They were really nice and friendly. Alot of people in my apt complex use this company.

This year after they performed a cleaning and tune up, the weather turned cooler so we did not use our A/C for another week and a half. When I turned it on and it ran for awhile, the water line had clogged, and it was not discharging the water outside. The water was forced into the drip pan and tray which was located in the garage and eventually on to the garage floor. So I called their office after hours and I actually spoke to a customer service agent. She took my information and within 15 minutes a technician called back, accessed the situation and they were going respond that night. I told them that the next day would be better and when they showed up they were very apologetic about the problem. They flushed out all the pvc lines and vacuumed the water in the drip pan and the tray and did not charge me a cent. Their technician, Rob, was very professional and helpful.

They come promptly. They are good, courteous and reliable. They know what they are doing. They check it out and their prices are reasonable. They came right away, they knew what to look for and fixed it right away.

I called last October to have them put in a heating unit. They figured it would cost around $900.00. They came to install it and found out that electric line for it was already there, so it only cost $500.00. I purchased a contract with them that for the next 5 years, if anything happens to it, there will be no labor cost. Also, it provides for they to come out in the spring and fall and inspect it to make sure everything is working as it should. Everyone from the first phone call to the end of the job was pleasant to deal with. I would never call any one else but Bay Area.

They are very fast and prompt. Their price is unbelievably good compared to others we have used. Their service is really good.
