Description of Work: Replaced air handler fan controller on 7 year old unit. After troubleshooting, parts were ordered and installed a few days later. Tech was very polite and professional. He even did some extra cleaning inside the unit (mildew buildup) beyond what was required for the job.

+ -1 moreHe gave me a quote for $6700 that I didn’t feel was too outrageous. I didn’t hear back from him for a few days so I called another company for an identical quote-- It was $1600 cheaper. I ended up having the work done for $5200 and they even included some duct work.
Description of Work: He came one years before and he had checked over our existing AC and he seemed honest. I went back to him when I needed a new AC system.
