The day before another company came to clean out my septic system and broke my sprinkler system line. Water was shooting 20 feet into the air. When I asked them whose problem this was they said it was my problem they weren't responsible and the line should not have been where it was. I threw them off my property. By the way this company is highly rated on Angie's list but after calling them and screaming at the owner and threating to spend the next week wring reviews about what they did they did come back and fix the broken pipe. Therefore I will not mention their name as I promised. I called Advance on the recommendation of my auto mechanic. What a great company. They did a fantastic job. They pumped out the tank and washed it with a water hose. The tank looked brand new when they finished. They also had parts if your sprinkler system was damaged to repair it. They were very careful and even though one of the sprinkler system pipes ran over one of the covers of the system they didn't break it. They were able to lift up the cover and slide it under the pipe. Very good work, pleasant worker who explained everything he was doing, since this is my first septic system, and I highly recommend them..

CALLED AT 1:30 PM WITH A PROBLEM. BRANDON CALLED WITHIN THE HOUR AND ADVISED HE WAS ON A BIG JOB, BUT WOULD SHOW UP IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. AT APROXIMATELY 5:30PM HE CALLED, WAS 15 MINUTES OUT . HE ARRIVED,FOUND THE TANK TOP, PUMPED IT OUT, REPLACED THE FILTER AND WAS GONE WITHIN THE HOUR. wHAT ELSE CAN I SAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID HIS JOB FOR A COMPETITIVE PRICE FOR SATURDAY EMEERGENCY SERVICE HIS RATE WAS VERY REASONABLE
