It was the Best Experience I've had with any company since moving to the Ocala/Citrus Springs Area. Staff are the Hallmark of the Septic and Business industry. The team of Wes & Justin with Advanced Septic performed their duties and work in a timely manner. These gentlemen truly understand what customer service means. Extremely reliable and explained completely how the system works from A to Z... I wish all businesses in this area would a page from this organization. I strongly recommend this company for those concerned in anyway with their septic system. If your a veteran, you'd want to hire this company before ever calling anyone else. The 20+ year old septic tank had never been serviced. The tech said that the drain field might be compromised but never pressured us to have a new field installed. He recommended different things to do to take pressure off the drain field instead. The discount for seniors was also appreciated.

He pumped out and inspected the whole tank showed us each part that was necessary to clean ..that our problem was probably the drain field but to wait 6 weeks. to see if this started to repeat itself......I was pumped out 2 years prior by an unscrupulous company that charge $590.00 he showed where the field pipes would come out and how they would be laid and where to find the filter..it could just have roots in it he gave us every scenario that it could be and how to prevent . I absolutely trust this company and the young man that helped out. He doesn't do installs nor does he try to sell them but with my type of drain field he said it wouldn't be cheap and lets attempt to rule everything out...doesn't get any better than that....I will use this company in the future and should I have to get another drain field I know what I'm up against and again will use this company......So happy there are honest vendors out there...

Came the same day I called. Very professional, friendly, and followed through with everything. WIll be using again.

Personable and professional service. They took the time to do the job right and explain all of the answers to my questions. They will call me back in 2 years, they put me on their reminder/ follow-up program. I didn't even know they could do that! I am impressed.

Called advanced septic because my toilets woudnt flush. had no idea why. they were out immediately after i called. they were able to figure out what was wrong right away. they cleared the clogged in the line, pumped the septic tank and cleaned the filter and informed me of why i have one and what to do to prevent it from happening again. the last company i had out never cleaned my filter.

Brandon cleaned the septic tank with only hours notice, was prompt, courteous and very professional. I would definitely use him again.

they showed up on time. they're outfit was nice looking with nice employees. Brandon was on the job which was nice to see the actual owner on the job.it is comforting to see that now days. they were very cautious of my lawn and sprinklers and for the amount of heavy equipment they brought in i was very impressed. the county inspector came to the job and was impressed with the work done as well and passed the job without any issues. they then began the covering and clean up process. the overall job only took about 4 hours or so. Brandon informed me the importance of maintaining the septic tank after the drainfield replacement and was able to work out a maintenance agreement so that it doesn't take much effort to keep up with it and it was affordable compared to other companies. i would absolutely call them again and refer them to anyone needing this work done.

They were on time and very punctual. They took they're time and made sure the septic tank was like new again. Extremely nice people. Would definitely call them back again.
