+ -1 moreThe company that put the system in didn't put down the rocks or whatever they should have. They just put the pipe in the ground. Needless to say it was making holes in the ground. When I called to complain it was like it was no big deal. So I called the company and they said well we can't help you with that because we just bought it from Joe so that's not our problem. I could not get any resolution whatsoever. So we had to spend a couple thousand which wasn't in the budget to have the whole drain field redone and done right. We had to have another septic service redo the work. As far as I know they are still in business. They recommend every 5 years but I think I had it done every 4 years. So we used A Able until the problem came up and we couldn't get it solved. We thought we had sink holes and oh it was a big mess. So I went and talked to some neighbors. They said oh no you too. Talk to so and so around the corner and I thought ok here we go.
Description of Work: They put the original system in, the septic tank and the drain fill. I had them come and clean the septic.

Description of Work: I had called because I thought I needed my septic tank pumped. When they came they located the tank and told me it was empty. The guy searched for the problem because everything in my house was backing up. He located a huge root in line and removed it. He only charged me $125 and it was just to snake the line. I was so happy. The man was so nice, I will always use them. They showed up on time, polite and ready to fix our problem!

+ -1 moreA friendly person answered the phone and scheduled a pump-out service. The technician showed up on time, two days later and completed the service. The cost was extremely reasonable. They even did a good job covering up the two holes in my yard that were necessary to access the septic tank lids. I will definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: I had my septic tank pumped. I learned a lot about the septic system that morning as the tech took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The job was completed in about one hour. The sod area that was uncovered was restored to almost perfect condition. Great service, very profesional. My neighbor pulled up as the A Able truck was leaving and inquired about the service. I gave them a 10+. My neighbor had his septic tank pumped by A Able the following week. Thank you. Sam
