Description of Work: As of this past fall (2014) this company is either out of business or was sold to someone else. We did not use this company for our annual carpet cleaning this past fall. In the previous years when Terry owned the company we used them SEVERAL times and Terry always did a fine job.

+ 0 moreWe've used Terry for years. He's very reliable, always on time or calls to see if he can come a little early. He's careful to move little stuff out of the way and leaves everything in perfect condition. I can hardly believe that our carpets look as good as they do when he's finished. I also like that he works hard to vacuum excess water out so that the carpets are good to go by the next morning. We don't bother with quotes anymore because his pricing is consistent and we know what to expect. He can get busy before the holidays so it pays to book him a few weeks before you need him.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living room, dining room, office and three bedrooms. Also cleaned dining room chair seats.

+ -1 moreI liked him a lot. He did a good job; there were no problems. He came here, did his work, and left us with some extra chemicals in case something happened. He was very responsive, courteous and polite; he came in and showed us what we needed to do.
Description of Work: I used Champion Chem-Dry to get my carpets cleaned in a couple of rooms.

Description of Work: I saw that chem-dry had an allergy spray and I wanted to try it. i did not need my carpet cleaned, but he made a special trip just to drop off 1 $10 bottle for me to try. I will get an estimate next time I need carpet cleaning.

+ 0 moreI believe this is probably the 5th time that Terry has come to clean our carpet and upholstery since we moved to FL 5 years ago. He is reliable, neat, clean, polite and professional. He does an excellent job. We will definitely have him back again!
Description of Work: The carpets in 5 rooms and a hallway were cleaned. The upholstery on two recliners and on 11 outdoor cushions were also cleaned.
