What a great company! Called in the morning, and performed service the same day without any emergency call charges. The driver/serviceman explained everything he was doing and why, was courteous and on time. I will definitely use them again.

He did a very good but I made a mistake and told him it was an emergency. We had a storm that hit us about a month-and-a-half ago and everything was flooded so I had to have a lift station installed. He had the equipment to do it and he did a good job but he doubled his price. He showed up late.

Zeb Watt's crew is AMAZING!! The two young men who did the job were courteous, very well mannered, professional and on time. When they had to dig up the grass to get to my septic tank, they did not tear up my yard which was wonderful! It was extremely hot on the day of the appointment, but these young men never complained. They answered all of my questions to the best of their ability and they were extremely patient with me (and my million questions). When they were complete, they placed all of my grass back as neatly as possible, gave me my paperwork and asked me if there was anything else I needed. The office staff was courteous and friendly when I called to set up the appointment, as well. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ZEB WATT'S SEPTIC AND UNDERGROUND, INC.

We had a septic tank where the drain lines had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They kept the tank pumped so that it didn't back up while they got the necessary permits and scheduled the drain line replacement. They not only were very professional, courteous, reponsive and efficient. They were the best bid also.

They showed up on time, did the work needed and cleaned up the mess in the yard afterwards. They were professional, and knowledgeable. I was happy that they took the time to look and see what what causing the backup and didn't just pass by the cause of the problems I was having.

They young men got there within the time provided and had no problems walking calf high into the water to get the camera down the line. They first ran the line down just to approximate where the water might be stopping. While pulling out the camera they noticed a portion that had no water in it at all. While they could not see what was the cause of the block at the end they did answer the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company. Everybody is extremely friendly from the office manager (Wanda) to the owner Zeb.

He did a really good job, but torn some lines out in the ground by mistake that he had someone come back and fix.

Called for price and date. The secretary was very friendly and since it wasn't an emergency, arranged for the service the next day. Two guys came by and I showed them where the tank was and they dug for the cap. They popped the lid, and pumped the tank. They also checked for status of outflow filter and they explained exactly what they were doing and made recommendations to avoid any problems. Apparently, their company was the major installer of most of the systems in our neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time or for any other septic problem..

They came out the same day I called (due to semi-emergency situation) and got the job done very quickly. They let me know that the drain lines needed attention and I could call Zeb to get an estimate. Very courteous and efficient service (including phone call) and reasonable pricing...great experience!

We new this would be a pricey undertaking, and we were dreading days of turmoil and a wrecked yard to follow. Zeb and his folks arrived on time at 7:00 AM and were done by 12:00! Zeb is a virtuoso on the back-hoe...thanks to his (and his crew's) skills the yard will only need a bit of reseeding...not the three pallets of sod I was plannig on. Job well done; Zeb Watts has migh highest recommendation.

outstanding job. they showed up and quickly located cover and began pumping. it went very quickly and they explained to us first time septic system owners how to maintain and what to watch for to indicate problems.

We called Mr. Watts late on a Sunday night after sewage started to back flow into our bath tub. He was very helpful (even answering the phone a second time when my husband called back with another question). He had a serviceman out to our house first thing Monday morning. They pumped the tank and ensured everything was working correctly. They returned the next week to install a new alarm. We did not get other estimates, so I cannot speak to the cost of the services as compared to other companies. Very pleased overall.

The contractor arrived early, went right to work, performed the job quickly and (from what I can tell) thoroughly. No problems encountered.

Zeb Watts Septic and Underground was recommended and contacted by plumber who had been called to fix blocked drain. Came within an hour of being called (!). Everette located septic tank, dug to expose cap, drained contents, replaced cap and filled in hole. He got to work, did the job with no fooling around. He explained the reason the problem had occurred, the possibility of recurrence and the fix if the problem should occur again. In fact, he wrote out an estimate on the spot for possible future work. Quite professional and business like.

Zeb provided prompt, friendly and professional support in cleaning out our septic field when we moved into the home. As we finalized our renovation plans, we used him again replace the septic field to accommodate additional bathrooms and bedrooms. He was always on-time, and completed work as promised (with a smile!) He not only accomplished all necessary paperwork for the permit through the health department, he also ensured he addressed any issues in order for us to move forward on our project. Zeb and his staff go out of thier way to accommodate the customer, and ensured all necessary details are handled. His company also provided tree removal and hauling. They came back to our home several times to help clear our lot so that we could proceed on with our renovation project. Highly recommend him - very fair cost and a pleasure to work with !
