Zeb Watts Septic is dedicated to providing the best septic service to all of Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa Counties since 2011. We are a locally owned and operated company, not a big faceless corporation. We take pride in our work because the people who hire us aren’t just customers they are neighbors and our friends. They are members of our community. We have years of experience dealing with every conceivable problem related to your underground, plumbing, and septic systems. We have witnessed just about everything, but are always prepared for the unexpected. We go about our work in a friendly and professional manner and pride ourselves on quality customer service. The receptionist was fabulous, she explained a lot to me and answered all my questions. The gentleman who came out to service our septic tank took the time to explain the process and what was going to happen. He told me what needed to be done and what caused the issue and he showed it to me. He had to drain out the whole thing. The price was worth it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Septic tank was not draining properly into the drain field because the filter was clogged. I called at 8:30am and they were there by 9:15am to pump the tank and replace the filter. The technician was great and offered to upgrade my filter to one that will not require cleaning every 6-months (which is quite excessive). I took the upgrade for an extra $50.00. The tech finished the job efficiently and overall, did a wonderful job. I will call these guys the next time I need anything done with my septic tank.

Professionals from the start!  Once I talked to them on the phone, I knew these folks had their stuff together.  Even after a delay with the local private water company not allowing us to connect to the sewer system that was only 500ft from our home, Zebb was quick on the trigger to switch from sewer connection to septic drain field repair.  The original drain field had only three rows & Zebb was able to install 4 rows in order to expand capacity of the system.  Job well done!
