On time, went right to work.

I had an appointment for someone to come and give me an estimate for a new line to be run for a french drain. I was given a day and time frame and nobody showed. While I understand the county and surrounding counties are having issues with flooding, my time is valuable to me. If a company can not honor an appointment time the right thing to do is call the prospective customer and tell them so. Apparently my business is not worthy enough for this company.

He was very professional and did the job thoroughly and quickly. He inspected our tank, answered questions and made a recommendation for risers in the future. I liked the fact he was able to come the same day, had a coupon we were able to use and is available for emergency services. I would use him again and highly recommend his company.

I scheduled an appointment for 3pm so that I could meet with them to discuss my issues, and took off work to do so. After waiting around for an hour I called and was asked to call back in another hour to get the status of my appointment. I waited the one hour and called back, which is when they informed me that someone had already been by earlier in the day and that it would be ~$5000 to install a new septic drainfield--no discussion, no consultation, no analysis, nothing. I conveyed my disappoint with the whole event (and I didn't think a new drainfield wouldn't fix the problem), and to the owner's credit he apologized for the "miscommunication", but the damage had been done. I would not and could not count on them. That night I called another septic company and they came out that evening to discuss my issues (the VERY highly rated septic company here on Angies List for my area, and rightfully so). Based on my personal experience I would never ask this company to perform any work for me.

Mr. Arnett quickly responded to our dilemma with our septic tank. We had used him about three times in the past five years. He came within hours of being called, quickly remedied the problem, & gave us a great price. He is very professional and has trustworthy employees, though he does most of the work himself. We eventually hooked up to the county sewer system and had to have Mr. Arnett help us in abandoning (destroying) our septic tank system. Again, he responded immediately, did all of the permit paperwork, performed the task, and informed us of everything going on. Even though I don't have need to call him anymore for septic problems, I will always think highly of him and recommend him with five stars ! Great guy ! Great service !
