+ -1 moreNever got to rate how good the job was, My insurance approved them for the job but they gave me the run around for about two months. Hard to get them to return calls. Had an appointment for a Monday, never called and showed up on Thursday. Very unprofessional. Don't use these people, save yourself the stress

+ -1 moreThe installation of the new roof went smoothly. They forgot to cut out a vent hole for an exhaust vent on one of my bathrooms. A few months later, a vent they did install started to leak. Asked them to come fix and got the run around. Called and texted them several times and kept getting excuses and promises they’d show up. A month later...still have yet to show. All the while my roof is getting wet and probably rotting. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: We paid to have a leak fixed in our roof, and while they were prompt with the work, within 2 months the roof was leaking in the exact same spot. They offer a 5 year warranty on their work, but after 7 weeks of trying to get them to come out and figure out what went wrong, they still have not done so. So, we apparently paid thousands of dollars to this company to have them not actually fix the problem.
