The nice lady I spoke with to get an estimate was friendly and able to answer all my questions. I had an appointment within the week. A gentleman named Brad came and did a walk through. He was nice and professional, show me some areas that needed more attention. The next day I noticed a huge difference! The chemical has no smell so my house never developed a nasty odor. He did a follow up and my issue had improved greatly! Spears Pest Control did the job right! Would definitely recommend to any and everyone in need!

Exceptionaly friendly and thorough. The team spent over seven hours fully protecting my home (preventative treatments). Everything was fully explained and I was given an end-to-end walkthrough to inspect their work. I also had two special requests which they accommodated without hesitation. Their warranty was far better than a competitor who also bid. There was also a free follow-up inspection & treatment within 30 days. I highly recommend Spears!

I was very pleased with this company. We purchased a foreclosed home that did not have an active termite bond. We called Spears, and after explaining what our needs were they came out and performed the work within the week. Their price was comparable to their competitors, and they were great about returning phone calls and being responsive to our questions. I would recommend them.

I have nothing but praise for the hard-working folks at Spears Pest Control. They respond to my calls with enthusiasm and professionalism. As I was reaching the end of the quarter, I called about some "activity" I had seen in one area of my home and they came and retreated my entire home even though it was only 3 weeks until the quarterly treatment was due.. and they still came out three weeks later to respray and ensure that I wasn't having any further problems! They always answer my questions and have a great attitude about their work. They are very friendly and customer satisfaction is their top concern - you will not be disappointed with their service!

Very professional company. Yvette (in the office) who is a very upbeat person always manages to work within my schedule for my quarterly service. Jason, service tech, is AWESOME and extremely helpful. He arrives on schedule and call if something prevents him arriving on time. They never pressure you to expand your services but will offer adivce if asked

The gentleman who was scheduled to do the work actually had an opening the day before my appointment and called to see if it would okay if he came by while he was in the area. I was pleased that he was able to do the service a day early. He explained what he was going to do before he started & explained what he had done & chemicals he used afterward. He was patient with my pets and was concerned that they go out to use the yard before he applied the pest control and told me how long to wait to let them out again after he was finished. Great service. I recommend them & will be using their services from now on.

This company is truly one of the most pleasant companies to deal with. Yvette in the front office is always very pleasant and such a pleasure to talk to. She always works around your schedule and helps you decide what is best for your budget. Jason, in the field, has been EXTRAORDINARY!!! He is honest and extremely helpful. He is honest about what your home & yard needs and what it doesn't need. They never pressure you to expand your services but are always willing to do what you need done! Jason also did my termite treatment. Jason is always courteous when he calls as is Yvette. My husband and I started using Spears Pest Control when we bought our first house 2 years ago and I will continue to use them. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are great as well.

The technician showed up early and went through all the paperwork and took time to explain everything he was going to do. Took his time to make sure he did everything the right way. Was very professional. Explained how to keep our deck bug free.

William was a professional and knowledgeable terminator. He arrived as scheduled and even called ahead as a reminder. He walked me through every detail of his work prior so I understood exactly what work was to be performed. He answered numerous questions that I had ensuring that I was comfortable and understood prevention measures. One could not ask for a better service and I would recommend them to anyone, you would not be disappointed.

The technician Grant was very informative and educational on what to look for to spot problems. Grant was friendly and professional. The best part is no termite problems. Yeah!

We called several different companies. These were the most reasonable. The way that they were going to do it seemed the most realistic to us. They sprayed 4.3 acres. the whole acreage with environmentally safe spray for fireants, fleas and ticks. They are so super good. They call me in the morning to make sure it's going to be ok. If they have to come in the house they put on the little booties. They're pleasant to work with and the techs are very educated in their field. They know their product and they have great grammar.

Called to make an appointment for service and CSR was very responsive and kind. She called the day before to remind me of the appointment. the tech was on time and was very professional, He answered all my questions. The CRS called to follow up and to see if I had any more problems or if the issue was resolved.

Called from overseas. Talked with the owner. Got a great quote with incredible service. Quick response and internet billing! Tenant and owner satisfication!!

It is $120 for the initial spray and $60 after that. I don't have any bugs in my house. They do a good job but I think there are some things they can work on. For example, punctuality and contacting the customer when they are coming out.
